dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто систему професійного розвитку вчителів у Фінляндії та охарактеризовано її особливості. Визначено, що у Фінляндії підхід до професійного розвитку вчителів охоплює широкий спектр практик, зосереджених на багатопрофільній співпраці, а фінські ініціативи з професійного розвитку характеризуються багатогранним та практико‐ орієнтованим навчанням. Аналіз особливостей системи професійного розвитку вчителів у Фінляндії дав змогу виявити такі її характеристики, як: чіткість та посилення правил відбору на педагогічні спеціальності; успішне поєднання навчання та досліджень; практична орієнтованість програм професійного розвитку; розвиток мереж для професійного спілкування; зосередження уваги на особливостях викладання в інклюзивному класі; успішна робота з наставниками (менторами) в школах тощо.
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the system of teacher professional development in Finland and describes its features. It is determined that in Finland, the approach to teacher professional development covers a wide range of practices focused on multidisciplinary cooperation, and Finnish professional development initiatives are characterised by multifaceted and practice‐oriented learning. The analysis of the peculiarities of the professional development system for teachers in Finland has revealed the following characteristics: clarity and strengthening of the rules for selection to pedagogical specialties; successful combination of training and research; practical orientation of professional development programmes; development of networks for professional communication; focus on the peculiarities of teaching in an inclusive classroom; successful work with mentors in schools, etc. It was revealed that Finnish education supports teachers in their work as autonomous professionals in their classrooms through the collaborative preparation of school curricula. The mentioned characteristics ensure high learning outcomes for Finnish school students and the quality of teacher education, and may also be useful in developing of the training programmes for Ukrainian in‐service school teachers.
