dc.description.abstractРозвиток сучасної географічної освіти не можливий без залучення учнівської молоді до освітньої діяльності в закладах позашкільної освіти. Важливе місце в формуванні у дітей та учнівської молоді hard і soft навичок у процесі науково-дослідницької діяльності займає Мала академія наук України. Одним з найбільш сучасних та актуальних завдань позашкільної освіти є формування hard і soft навичок у процесі науково-дослідницької діяльності учнів- членів Малої академії наук України. В статті розкривається суть поняття hard і soft навички та особливості їх формування в учнів старшого шкільного віку. Проаналізовано основні прийоми, форми та методи освітньої та науково-дослідницької діяльності, що сприяють формуванню твердих та м’яких навичок в учнівської молоді старшого шкільного віку.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe priorities of pedagogical science and practice team-work with the purpose of the system of education modernizing and out of school education and upbringing microsocium turning to effective innovation processes using in the regional out of school education are defined in the article. The organizational and methodological conditions that contribute to formation are determined de-velopment of research activity of pupils of senior school age, the importance of this activity during complex preparation of pupils of institutions of extracurricular education, capable of professional training growth and self-development and readiness for research activities in various fields of knowledge. The development of modern geographic education is not possible without involving the student youth in educational activities in non-school educational institutions. The Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine occupies an important place in the formation of hard and soft skills for children and pupils in the process of research. One of the most up-to-date and topical tasks of out-of school education is the formation of hard and soft skills in the process of research activities of students of the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The article reveals the essence of the concept of hard and soft skills and the peculiarities of their formation in the students of the senior school age. The basic techniques, forms and methods of educational and research activity that promote formation of hard and soft skills in pupils' youth of the senior school age are analyzed.uk_UA
