Анотація
У статті охарактеризовано детермінанти адвокації стратегій розвитку українських цифрових ринків в умовах конкурентних та безпекових викликів. Визначено основні характеристики цифрових ринків. Проаналізовано напрями антиконкурентної поведінки гравців на цифрових ринках та запропоновано ряд заходів щодо боротьби з такими антиконкурентними практиками. Визначено та обґрунтовано економічні переваги інтегрування України до Єдиного цифрового ринку Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано особливості та основні пріоритети стратегічного цифрового розвитку ЄС та обґрунтовано важливість їх імплементації в Україні. Проаналізовано рейтинг країн-членів ЄС за Індекcом цифрової економіки та суспільства. Визначено основні напрями співпраці Міністерства цифрової рансформації України та ЄС в контексті наближення до цифрового безвізу з ЄС. Обґрунтовано, що розвиток українських цифрових ринків є необхідною передумовою для підвищення рівня інноваційності та конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної економіки в сучасному цифровому світі.
In the modern world, the development of digital markets is a critical factor for ensuring economic growth and competitiveness of the country. Digital technologies are changing all aspects of society, helping to improve the processes of production, distribution, communication and consumption. The development of Ukrainian digital markets is crucial to increase the country's competitiveness, promote international digital spaces, and ensure sustainable economic growth, in particular in the context of European integration. The article characterizes the determinants of advocacy of strategies for the development of Ukrainian digital markets in the face of competitive and security challenges. Digital markets are complex and dynamic ecosystems that evolve according to the rapid pace of technological progress and changes in consumer habits. The main characteristics of digital markets are defined. The directions of anticompetitive behavior of players in digital markets (anticompetitive agreements, unfair and discriminatory practices in the Internet search market, linking of digital products, geoblocking) are analyzed and a number of measures to combat such anticompetitive practices are proposed. The economic advantages of Ukraine's integration into the Single Digital Market of the European Union have been determined and substantiated. The features and main priorities of the EU strategic digital development are analyzed and the importance of their implementation in Ukraine is substantiated. The rating of the EU member states by the Digital Economy and Society Index is analyzed. The main directions of cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the EU in the context of approaching the digital visa-free regime with the EU are determined. It is substantiated that the development of Ukrainian digital markets is a necessary prerequisite for increasing the level of innovation and competitiveness of the domestic economy in the modern digital world. The successful development of digital markets in Ukraine has the potential to strengthen the national economy, create new opportunities for growth and contribute to improving the quality of life of citizens.
