dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена актуальній проблемі вдосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання економічної безпеки України в умовах воєнного стану та післявоєнного відновлення. Особлива увага приділяється впливу трансформаційних змін, спричинених війною, на систему забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. Важливим аспектом дослідження є аналіз ролі національних економічних інтересів у формуванні ефективної системи захисту національної економіки. Автори доводять, що реалізація національних економічних інтересів є ключовим фактором забезпечення економічної безпеки держави, а також розглядають необхідність балансу між національними інтересами та інтересами міжнародних партнерів. Автори аналізують досягнення та виклики реформи, а також визначають пріоритетн завдання на майбутнє, зокрема в контексті післявоєнного відновлення.
dc.description.abstractThis article addresses the urgent issue of improving the legal framework for economic security in Ukraine in the context of martial law and post-war recovery. The research is based on an analysis of legislation, strategic documents, and scholarly works on economic security. Particular attention is paid to the impact of transformational changes caused by the war on the system of ensuring the state's economic security. The article examines the evolution of legal regulation of economic security in Ukraine. The authors analyze key trends in the development of legislation, identify gaps and problems in the legal framework for economic security, and suggest ways to address them. In particular, they emphasize the need to strengthen the role of strategic documents, harmonize national legislation with international standards, clearly delineate competencies among government bodies, and involve the public in economic security processes. An important aspect of the research is the analysis of the role of national economic interests in forming an effective system for protecting the national economy. The authors argue that the realization of national economic interests is a key factor in ensuring the state's economic security and examine the need for a balance between national interests and the interests of international partners. The article provides a detailed analysis of the institutional architecture for ensuring economic security, including government bodies, local governments, civil society, economic and social institutions, and supranational institutions. The authors explore the functions and powers of key state bodies responsible for ensuring economic security. Significant attention is paid to the decentralization reform and its impact on the development of local self-government and its role in ensuring economic security. Ukraine's experience with war and the subsequent need for recovery have highlighted both the capabilities and limitations of its legal and regulatory framework in ensuring economic security. The authors analyze the achievements and challenges of the reform and identify priority tasks for the future, particularly in the context of post-war recovery.
