dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано основні підходи до забезпечення якості професійної підготовки майбутніх магістрів з музичного мистецтва у сучасних закладах вищої освіти, що передбачають реалізацію інтенсивних шляхів удосконалення освітньо-мистецького процесу, збагачення сценічно-концертних форм підготовки магістрантів, гармонійно-раціональне узгодження наукової, освітньої й практично-творчої діяльності. Наголошено, що процеси, які відбуваються у сфері культури і мистецтва, вимагають від майбутніх фахівців застосування нестандартних рішень та фахових вмінь гнучко діяти в сучасних динамічних умовах, що обумовлює пошук ефективних методів і прийомів мистецького навчання, активного застосування інноваційних освітніх технологій. Зазначено, що головною метою діяльності закладів вищої освіти є підготовка освіченого, творчого фахівця, зорієнтованого на особистісний і професійний саморозвиток, здатного здійснювати професійну діяльність на демократичних і гуманістичних засадах, спрямовану на формування освітніх і духовно-культурних потреб, здатного бути конкурентоспроможним фахівцем на ринку освітніх послуг. Акцентовано, що формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців реалізується в ході гармонійної взаємодії напрямів професійної підготовки, взаємозв’язку музично-теоретичної і наукової інформованості та музично-виконавських і дослідницько-пошукових умінь, гнучкості, варіативності й багатогранності науково-методичного забезпечення. Доведено, що надважливе значення для якісної професійної підготовки майбутнього магістра з музичного мистецтва має формування умінь і навичок фахової діяльності, способів та прийомів ефективного вирішення професійних завдань.
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the main approaches to ensuring the quality of professional training of future masters in musical art in modern institutions of higher education, which involve the implementation of intensive ways to improve the educational and artistic process, the enrichment of stage and concert forms of training of master's students, the harmonious and rational coordination of scientific, educational and practical and creative activities. The methodology is key, which has formed the appropriate scientific and theoretical tools and includes personally oriented, axiological, competency and activity approaches. During the study, such general scientific methods as: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization, as well as the method of systematization of scientific provisions were also used to clarify modern mechanisms for ensuring the quality of professional training of future masters in musical art. The article emphasizes that the formation of professional competence of future specialists is implemented in the course of harmonious interaction of areas of professional training, the relationship of musical-theoretical and scientific awareness and musical-performing and research-search skills, flexibility, variability and versatility of scientific and methodological support. It is proven that the formation of skills and abilities of professional activity, methods and techniques for effectively solving professional tasks is of paramount importance for the high-quality professional training of a future master of musical art.The conducted research shows that the quality of professional training of masters in musical art in higher education institutions is ensured by the fact that the teaching process is based on student-centeredness and is carried out on the principles of competency-based, systemic, activity-based, integrative, personality-oriented, differentiated and other approaches in individual, practical and lecture classes. Problem-oriented learning, self-study, passing performing, pedagogical (assistant) types of practices take into account the versatility of creative, traditional and innovative methods of forming the creative personality of a musician-teacher and artist-performer. The prospect of further research is to improve methods, techniques, forms and means that contribute to strengthening the quality of professional training of future masters in musical art in higher education institutions.
