dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено систему діагностики стратегічного розвитку підприємств, яка є ключовим інструментом адаптації до сучасних економічних викликів, що зумовлені євроінте- граційними процесами та посиленням конкурентного середовища. Визначено, що успішна інтеграція підприємств у європейський ринок вимагає удосконалення механізмів оцінки їхньої стійкості та інноваційної активності. Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади діагностики стратегічного розвитку підприємств, що включають систему індикаторів, методи оцінки та прогнозування адаптивного потенціалу. Проаналізовано вплив європейських стандартів регулювання бізнес-середовища та фінансових механізмів підтримки підприємств на бізнес. Запропоновано структуровану модель діагностики, яка поєднує аналітичні, фінансові та стратегічні аспекти оцінювання, а також враховує перспективи, що відкриваються у зв’язку з євроінтеграцією. Визначено ключові напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств за рахунок стратегічного планування та інноваційного розвитку. Доведено необхідність розробки ефективних управлінських рішень, спрямованих на адаптацію українських підприємств до вимог європейського ринку та забезпечення їхнього ефективного довгострокового розвитку.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to study theoretical and methodological approaches to diagnosing the strategic development of enterprises in the context of European integration based on determining key indicators of evaluation and substantiation of mechanisms for business adaptation to the conditions of the European market. The research methodology is based on systemic, structural- functional and comparative approaches to assessing the strategic development of enterprises in the European integration context. Methods of economic analysis were used to assess the dynamics of key enterprise development indicators, identify risks and opportunities associated with European integration, and determine strategic business prospects. The abstraction method was used to build a diagnostic system that takes into account the financial and innovative aspects of enterprise adaptation. Through the method of logical generalization, indicators were identified to assess the level of compliance of enterprises with the requirements of the European business environment. The article examines the diagnostic system for strategic development of enterprises, which serves as a key tool for adapting to modern economic challenges caused by European integration processes and the strengthening of the competitive environment. It is determined that the successful integration of enterprises into the European market requires improvements in the mechanisms for assessing their sustainability and innovative activity. The theoretical and methodological principles of diagnostics of strategic development of enterprises are considered, including a system of indicators and methods for assessing and forecasting adaptive potential. The impact of European standards for regulating the business environment and financial mechanisms for supporting enterprises on business is analyzed. A structured diagnostic model is proposed that combines analytical, financial and strategic aspects of assessment, and also takes into account the prospects that open up in connection with European integration. Key areas for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises through strategic planning and innovative development are identified. The necessity to develop effective management solutions aimed at adapting Ukrainian enterprises to the requirements of the European market and ensuring their effective long-term development is substantiated.
