dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито проблему ефективності управління закладом вищої освіти в умовах ринкових відносин, яка набуває особливої доцільності з появою нових вимог, що висуваються до закладу вищої освіти ринком освітніх послуг та ринком праці, повноправним учасником яких є сучасна освітня організація. Визначено, що сучасний рівень розвитку науки, виробництва, техніки, технологій, суспільних відносин помітно випереджає якісний рівень підготовки фахівців у закладі вищої освіти й підсилює таким чином залежність темпів розвитку суспільства від рівня і масштабів вищої професійної освіти, вимагає пошуку нових форм і методів її випереджального розвитку. Це проблема не тільки України; сьогодні в центрі уваги ініціаторів та учасників Болонського процесу знаходиться європейська вища освіта, головне змістовне завдання якої полягає в збереженні й забезпеченні необхідної якості професійної підготовки фахівця і пошуку механізмів його підвищення. Отже, ми розглядаємо процеси глобалізації економіки, проблеми входження нашої держави в міжнародний освітній простір, які вимагають вирішення питань системного забезпечення якості професійної підготовки в умовах закладу вищої освіти. Особлива роль при цьому відводиться закладам вищої освіти, що сприяють розвиткові інноваційних наукомістких виробництв і, як наслідок, національної економіки України. Перед закладами вищої освіти ставляться завдання: співвіднесення цільових установок розвитку закладу вищої освіти з державною освітньою політикою, одним із напрямів якої є створення державної системи забезпечення й оцінки якості освіти; створення механізмів, що забезпечують якість надаваних закладом вищої освіти освітніх послуг; активізації інтеграційних процесів у сферах освіти, науки, культури і виробництва в контексті забезпечення якості освіти й підвищення конкурентоспроможності освітніх структур.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the problem of effective management of the higher education institution in market relations, which becomes especially relevant with the emergence of new requirements for the higher education institutions in the market of educational services and labor market, a full participant in which is a modern educational organization. It is determined that the current level of development of science, industry, technology, public relations significantly exceeds the quality of training in the higher education institution and thus increases the dependence of the pace of society development on the level and scale of higher professional education, requires finding new forms and methods of advanced development. This is a problem not only for Ukraine. Today, the initiators and participants of the Bologna Process focus on the European higher education, the main task of which is to preserve and ensure the necessary quality of professional training and search for mechanisms to improve it. Thus, we consider the processes of economic globalization, the problems of our state’s entry into the international educational area, which require addressing issues of systemic quality assurance of professional training in conditions of the higher education institution. A special role is given to higher education institutions that promote development of innovative knowledge-intensive industries and, as a consequence, the national economy of Ukraine. Higher education institutions face the following tasks: correlating the target settings for the development of higher education institutions with the state educational policy, one of the directions of which is creation of a state system for ensuring and assessing the quality of education; creating mechanisms that ensure the quality of the educational services provided by higher education institutions; intensification of integration processes in the fields of education, science, culture and production in the context of ensuring the quality of education and increasing the competitiveness of the educational structures.uk_UA
