Анотація
У статті досліджено значення використання підходу, керованого даними, для прогнозування фінансових показників, що дозволяє мінімізувати ризики, підвищити ефективність операцій- ної діяльності та забезпечити сталий розвиток бізнесу. У статті зроблено наголос на роль фінансового прогнозування як ключового інструменту у прийнятті стратегічних бізнес- рішень. Фінансове прогнозування є основою для бюджетування, інвестиційного планування, управління ризиками та прийняття рішень щодо злиття чи поглинання. Інтеграція прогнозування зі стратегічним плануванням дозволяє краще адаптуватися до невизначеності ринку та досягати довгострокових цілей. У статті підкреслюється, що фінансове прогнозування стає не лише інструментом, а й ключовим елементом, який формує конкурентну перевагу компаній у глобальній економіці. Запровадження даних підходів дозволяє підвищити прозорість фінансових процесів, оптимізувати використання ресурсів і покращити результативність стратегічного менеджменту
