Стаття присвячена представленню сучасного педагогічного погляду на виникнення, сутність та шляхи застосування інноваційних технологій у процесі мистецької освіти в умовах технічно‐інформаційних реалій світового та українського освітянського середовища. У статті проаналізовані погляди провідних науковців стосовно інновацій як можливого педагогічного ресурсу,який безпосередньо або опосередковано розкривається в індивідуальній та колективній творчій діяльності; методами історіографічного аналізу,узагальнення відповідних теоретичних висновків в результаті опрацювання науково‐теоретичної та методичної літератури запропоновано концептуальне вирішення власної теоретичної ідеї стосовно можливості та доцільності застосування інноватики у педагогічній діяльності; викладено деякі положення стосовно змісту та специфічних можливостей розкриття педагогічного ресурсу у підготовці майбутніх викладачів мистецьких дисциплін.
The article is devoted to the presentation of a modern pedagogical view on the emergence, essence and ways of applying innovative technologies in the process of art education in the conditions of technical and informational realities of the world and Ukrainian educational environment. The article analyzes the views of leading scientists regarding innovation as a possible pedagogical resource, which is directly or indirectly revealed in individual and collective creative activity; using the methods of historiographical analysis, generalization of the relevant theoretical conclusions of the scientific‐theoretical and methodological literature, a conceptual solution of one’s own theoretical idea regarding the possibility and expediency of using innovations in pedagogical activity is proposed; some provisions regarding the content and specific possibilities of revealing the pedagogical resource in the training of future teachers of art disciplines are outlined. The task of the pedagogical field is to find promising opportunities to use the available technical achievements and create adequate methods of their application to modernize and enrich the learning process itself, interest in artistic creative activity. Innovation is considered as a modern inevitable process of changes in social development, which is reflected in all spheres of a person’s life, from his own inner world to the manifestation in external professional relations. This process determines the relevant requirements for the training of future teachers, in particular teachers of music disciplines. Innovation in art pedagogy represents a set of modern means, technologies and methods of creating, studying and distributing products of artistic/musical creativity. It is based on a harmonious combination of traditional and non‐traditional forms, creative approaches to teaching art, which form a modern innovative pedagogical resource. The application of art innovation in the artistic educational process is carried out taking into account the sensory and emotional sphere of a person, students, personalities that cannot be digitized and artificially replaced. This is the basis of the special difficulty of applying innovative changes in mastering art disciplines. Prospects for further investigations make it possible to invent new interesting methods of pedagogical intervention, adequate proposals for the creation of an innovative pedagogical resource for training future teachers of art disciplines.
