Анотація
У статті окреслюється роль полемічної культури в системі формування риторичної культури викладача й учителя української мови та літератури. Автори доводять, що її розвиток залежить від осмислення багатої риторичної світової та національної спадщини, завдяки чому сучасній інтелігентній людині вдасться виробити оригінальний ораторський стиль, розширити духовно-інтелектуальні обрії в широкому контексті світової й національної культури. Подаються поради та практичні рекомендації з підготовки майбутнього вчителя-словесника як риторичної особистості під час опанування дисциплін «Українська мова за професійним спрямуванням», «Методика навчання української мови», «Культура української мови» та магістерських курсів «Риторика», «Ораторське мистецтво».
Among the number of important tasks of reforming higher education, we see the paramount importance of training highly qualified specialists who skillfully mastered the art of the living word. The urgency of the problem of forming the future teacher's rhetorical culture is due to the lack of a teacher's oratorical culture, insufficient level of developing the problems of rhetoric in Ukraine. The article defines the role of polemic culture in the system of formation of rhetorical culture of the teacher of Ukrainian language and literature. The authors argue that its development depends on comprehension of the rich rhetorical world and national heritage; so that the modern intelligent person will be able to develop the original oratorical style, expand the spiritual and intellectual horizons in the broad context of world and national culture. Advice and practical recommendations are given on the preparation of the future language teacher as a rhetorical person during development of the following disciplines: “Ukrainian language in a professional direction”, “Methods of teaching Ukrainian language”, “Culture of Ukrainian language” and master's courses “Rhetoric”, “Oratory”. At lectures and practical classes on rhetoric and oratory, we discuss key concepts of polemical culture, find out common and excellent discussions and polemics, consider the stages of discussion preparation, use polemic techniques through understanding the characteristics of convincing polemical speeches, formulate the basic requirements for discussion culture and polemics, explore language organization of discussion and controversy, we conclude that evidence and persuasiveness are the main signs of discussion. An important form of enhancing the cognitive activity of philology students is communicative orientation of classes on the methods of teaching Ukrainian language, which involves students' communication with each other to solve life problems. An effective method of collective discussion, finding a solution is a “Brainstorming”' method. A fruitful platform is also the final conference on the pedagogical practice of philology students of the 4th year. Traditionally, this event takes place in the original form of discussions, imaginary travels, famous talk shows, etc. We see the prospects in the development of guidelines for the formation of the polemical culture of a specialist in any industry.
