dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито сутність людського інтелектуального капіталу як економічної категорії в галузі освіти, що інтегрує дві взаємопов'язані складові – інтелектуальний потенціал та результати інтелектуально-інноваційної діяльності. Виявлено структурно-змістовні особливості людського інтелектуального капіталу на індивідуальному, мікро- та мезорівні. Сформульовано концептуальні положення, загальнометодологічні підходи та принципи оцінки людського інтелектуального капіталу, що враховують об'єктивні потреби соціально-економічних систем в інноваційному розвитку закладу освіти. Представлено сутнісно-змістовну характеристику методології оцінки в інноватиці, що розкриває семантику предметної галузі дослідження, цілі, принципи, функції, методи, види та моделі оцінки. Проаналізовано уявлення про інтелектуальний потенціал працівника на основі багатокомпонентної моделі інтелекту, що інтегрує сенсорну, емоційну, розумово-логічну, креативноінтуїтивну, соціально-культурну та економічну складові. Уточнено, з позицій значущості для інноватики, зміст зазначених складових та описано їхню функціональну взаємодію в інноваційній діяльності закладу освіти.
dc.description.abstractThe article reveals the essence of human intellectual capital as an economic category in the field of education, which integrates two interrelated components - intellectual potential and the results of intellectual and innovative activity. The structural and substantive features of human intellectual capital at the individual, micro- and meso-levels are identified. Conceptual provisions, general methodological approaches and principles of assessing human intellectual capital are formulated, which take into account the objective needs of socio-economic systems in the innovative development of an educational institution. The essential and substantive characteristics of the assessment methodology in innovation are presented, which reveals the semantics of the subject area of research, goals, principles, functions, methods, types and models of assessment. The idea of the employee's intellectual potential is analyzed on the basis of a multi-component model of intelligence that integrates sensory, emotional, mental-logical, creative-intuitive, socio-cultural and economic components. The content of the above components has been specified from the standpoint of their significance for innovation and their functional interaction in the innovative activity of an educational institution has been described. A methodology for qualitative assessment of the human intellectual potential of an employee, group, or organization has been developed based on the proposed multicomponent model of intelligence, which includes algorithms for finding interconnected integral indicators and factor analysis of their dynamics based on the index method. A theoretical justification and a practical description of the assessment toolkit have been given. Methodological approaches to the valuation of human intellectual capital have been determined. A model for assessing the value of an employee's intellectual capital has been proposed, which is based on a structural approach and takes into account his intellectual and certification characteristics. An algorithm for rating employees based on intellectual capital indicators has been developed, the difference of which is the determination of the entropy of private characteristics in order to clarify the value of an employee in a specific situation. A mechanism for motivating and stimulating the innovative activity of employees of an organization has been formed, which is based on the results of their rating assessment. Models of valuation of human intellectual capital of an innovation-oriented organization have been improved, which differ in methodological approaches: a structural model based on the valuation of individual intellectual capitals; an integral model that involves considering human intellectual capital as a single whole as the goodwill of the organization; a combined model formed on the basis of a combination of cost and qualitative valuation of human intellectual capital of an educational institution, which play a key role in the innovative activities of an educational organization.
