Анотація
На основі аналізу джерельної бази дослідження встановлено стан розробленості проблеми формування поліокультурної компетентності та сітоглядної культури школярів в основній та музичній школах України. Обґрунтовано, що до розроблення методики формування досліджуваного явища науковці не звертались, а існуючі статті та монографії висвітлюють лише локальний аспект полікультурної підготовки особистості. Значна кількість наукових робіт присвячено різним аспектам фахової підготовки майбутніх фахівців, а досліджень, в яких проаналізовано методичне забезпечення формування поліккультурної компетентності обмаль, що й обумовило вибір теми дослідження. Доведено про потребу розроблення ефективної методики формування полікультурної компетентності школярів як обов’язкової складової їх інтелектуального зростання, в основу якої мають увійти навчальні дисципліни з музичних жанрів та форм, розвивальні курси, присвячені розвитку емоційності, артистизму, сценічності тощо. Визначено комплекс методологічних підходів (стильовий, етнопсихологічний, етнопедагогічний, культурологічний, герменевтичний, акмеологічний та аксіологічний), на основі яких узагальнено зміст клчових понять. Доведено, що визначення ключового поняття «полікультурна компетентність» в мистецько-педагогічній поняттєвій базі не існує, що зумовило запропонувати його авторську інтерпретацію. Полікультурна компетентність – це унікальна здатність особистості, що розкриває ментальну приналежність, а також художньо-образну, естетичну та духовну ерудованість у формах пізнавальної та культуротворчої активності.
On the basis of the analysis of the source base of the research, the state of development of the problem of the formation of polycultural competence and visual culture of schoolchildren in primary and music schools of Ukraine was established. It is substantiated that the scientists did not turn to the development of the method of formation of the studied phenomenon, and the existing articles and monographs highlight only the local aspect of the multicultural training of the personality. A significant number of scientific works are devoted to various aspects of the professional training of future specialists, and there are few studies in which methodological support for the formation of multicultural competence is analyzed, which determined the choice of the research topic. The need to develop an effective methodology for the formation of multicultural competence of schoolchildren as a mandatory component of their intellectual growth has been proven, the basis of which should include educational disciplines in musical genres and forms, developmental courses devoted to the development of emotionality, artistry, stagecraft, etc. A complex of methodological approaches (stylistic, ethnopsychological, ethnopedagogical, cultural, hermeneutic, acmeological, and axiological) is defined, based on which the content of key concepts is summarized. It is proved that the definition of the key concept "multicultural competence" in the artistic and pedagogical conceptual base does not exist, which led to offer its author's interpretation. Multicultural competence is a unique ability of an individual that reveals mental belonging, as well as artistic, aesthetic and spiritual erudition in the forms of cognitive and cultural activity. The study of musical folklore by schoolchildren in the conditions of basic and musical education enables the further resolution of many of the most important tasks of the formation of ethno-cultural competence, namely: to determine the priority of using musical works of folk origin as didactic material; implementation of song and dance exercises of various national traditions; use of oral practice during consolidation of performing techniques in classroom classes. Therefore, the essence of the formation of multicultural competence and worldview culture of schoolchildren lies in the comprehensive assimilation of the complex of musical education traditions of one's nation and other ethnic groups, in the awareness of one's belonging to a certain national culture, its transmission and presentation in a multicultural environment.
