dc.description.abstractУ статті окреслено основні положення Закону Республіки Польща «Про вищу освіту» за 1990 р. та 2005 р.; виділено напрями навчання музичних академій та Музичного Університету у Варшаві; висвітлено основні завдання, що регулюють діяльність вишів; перераховано комплекс предметів, що визначаються змістом навчальних планів підготовки майбутнього хореографа в Польщі; схарактеризовано умови вступу на спеціальність «Хореографія»; розглянуто зміст статутів мистецьких вишів Польщі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article outlines the basic provisions of the Higher Education Law of Polish Republic of 1990 and 2005, defines the main courses of choreographic education in colleges, and covers the primary objectives which determine activities of colleges. This article also lists the set of theoretical and practical disciplines covered by Polish choreographic curricula, describes the Choreographic Faculty admission conditions, the chief being the obligation of the college entrance examination, which first phase is examination of knowledge and skills applied to classic, modern, Polish national and folk dances as well as a ballet one. The second phase of examination is devoted to the choreographic theory. The analysis of the Higher Education Laws of Polish Republic (1990, 2005) revealed the presence of a number of provisions that gave impetus to the beginning of the modernization of choreographic education. In particular, higher education institutions were given the right to sign international agreements independently, to establish admission requirements, students were given the right to study by an optional number of directions according to individual plans and programs. It was found out that the main documents that regulate the activity of all departments of the universities of Poland are the statutes of educational institutions. The article reviews statutes of Polish institutes of higher education that are at choreographic teaching (Ludwik Solski Academy for the Dramatic Arts in Krakow – Dance Theatre department in Bytom, Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, The Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Academy of Music in Łódź, The Stanislaw Staszic University of Arts and Sciences in Kielce, Pomeranian University in Słupsk, The Stanislaw Moniuszko Music Academy in Gdansk, The Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań), defines main college units which activities are governed by respective statutes and regulations. They define the rights and responsibilities of students, the direction of education, higher educational institution bodies and their competence, the main objectives of the University and other. Analysis of the structure and content of the statutes of Polish art universities showed that although these documents have many common elements, each of them includes provisions that reflect the specifics of the educational institution, which it sets. Thus, the activity of the Senate on the content of the Charter is hard work, and not just voting for the standard document.uk_UA
