Анотація
У статті подані результати дослідження, мета якого полягала в розгляді впливу інтерактивних методів навчання на рівень активації пізнавальної активності майбутніх офіцерів Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України (далі – ДКВС). Автором статті наголошено, що інтерактивне навчання виступаю як спеціальна форма організації пізнавальної діяльності, має на меті конкретні й прогнозовані цілі, має бути організовано відповідно до організаційно-методичних принципів, сутність яких розкрита під час проведення дослідження, а також проведено порівняння традиційного та інтерактивного навчання, подані приклади інтерактивних методів проведення навчальних занять з метою активізації пізнавальної активності майбутніх офіцерів ДКВС України.
Problems of cognitive activity intensification are attracting much attention of scientists and practitioners of various fields of knowledge, including professional education of future officers of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine (hereinafter - SCES). The author presents the results of the study, the purpose of which was to consider methods of improving cognitive activity intensification in the system of professional training of future officers of the SCES of Ukraine. The paper uses theoretical analysis and generalizations, systematization of scientific resources, as well as questionnaires in order to determine the impact of interactive teaching methods on the process of cognitive activity intensification of higher education applicants – future officers of Ukraine. The article notes that interactive learning acts as a special form of cognitive activity organization and aims at specific and predictable purposes, should be organized in accordance with organizational and methodological principles, the essence of which is revealed during the study, the article also compares traditional and interactive learning, the examples of interactive methods of conducting training sessions with the purpose of cognitive activity intensification of future officers of SCES of Ukraine are presented in the study. The conclusions are made according to the results of the study: cognitive activity intensification is one of the conditions for improving the process of professional competence formation, which is the result of cadets’ training for future service activities in the bodies and institutions of SCES of Ukraine; the peculiarity of interactive methods is manifested in a high level of mutual participants’ activity in the educational process, their interaction, emotional and spiritual combination; the interactivity in seminars and practical classes focuses on a positive mood and relationships, personal responsibility, teamwork skills, group work, decision-making skills; the interactive methods contribute to the formation of free thinking, skills of building cooperation and effective communication, skills of self-organization and selfmotivation; the use of interactive technologies and teaching methods allows to control the acquisition of knowledge and skills to use them, skills and abilities to show their personal professional and human qualities in certain service and professional situations.
