dc.description.abstractУ статті проілюстровано важливість розвитку інформаційно-цифрової компетентності у майбутніх і працюючих педагогічних працівників, яка дає можливість для ефективної професійної взаємодії з учнями та власного професійного розвитку; здійснено аналіз документів, статей та інших онлайн-ресурсів щодо формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності педагогів; розглянуто методичні рекомендації щодо застосування рамок цифрових компетентностей; наведено дані з Концепції розвитку цифрових компетентностей, які є важливими для наукових студій за окресленою проблемою, а саме: її загальні положення та проблеми, які потребують розв’язання, мета реалізації та її строки, шляхи та способи розв’язування проблем, прогнози впливу на ключові інтереси зацікавлених сторін, очікувані результати, наведено метод перевірки цифрової грамотності за допомогою національного тестування, завдання якого систематизовані за сферами знань європейської рамки цифрових компетентностей DigComp 2.1., що була адаптована українськими експертами; обґрунтовано можливість використання онлайн-курсів, освітніх серіалів з метою формування і розвитку інформаційно-цифрової компетентності вчителів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article illustrates the importance of the development of information and digital competence in future and current pedagogical workers, which provides an opportunity for effective and professional interaction with students and their own professional development; an analysis of documents, articles and other online resources regarding the formation of information and digital competence of teachers was carried out; methodical recommendations regarding the application of the framework of digital competences were considered; familiarized with the Concept of the development of digital competences, namely its general position, problems that need to be solved, the goal and terms of implementation, ways and means of solving problems, forecasts of the impact on the key interests of interested parties, expected results, the amount of financial, material – technical and labor resources and a plan of measures for the implementation of the Concept of the development of digital competences; the method of checking digital literacy using national testing is presented, the tasks of which are systematized according to the areas of knowledge of the European framework of digital competences DigComp 2.1. for citizens, which was adapted by Ukrainian experts; the possibility of using online courses, educational series for the purpose of forming and developing the information and digital competence of teachers is substantiated.uk_UA
