Анотація
Актуалізовано проблему підготовки фахівців музичного мистецтва. Розглянуто поняття «освіта» крізь призму його неоднозначності й інтегративного характеру. Аргументовано зміст освіти як упорядкованої, цілісної сукупності елементів і процесів, які утворюють освітню систему. Освіта як процес і результат формування якостей особистості засобами навчання й виховання відповідно до норм духовної культури та цінностей суспільства. Констатовано, що метою мистецької освіти визначено подолання художньої однобічності сприйняття і розуміння образного змісту художніх творів. Закцентовано увагу на тому, що одним із дійових шляхів розвитку культуросвітоглядних аспектів мистецької освіти є взаємообумовленість філософії й досліджуваного феномену. Фундаментальне значення такої взаємодії полягає у тому, що зіставляючи різні концепції освіти, з’ясовуючи основи кожної з них і піддаючи їх критичному аналізові, філософія освіти знаходить загальні основи освітньої системи й педагогічної думки, які можуть слугувати підґрунтям для консенсусу різних позицій.
The problem of training specialists in musical art has been updated. The concept of “education” is considered through the prism of its ambiguity and integrative character. The content of education as an ordered, integral set of elements and processes that make up the educational system is argued. Education as a process and result of forming personality qualities by means of training and education in accordance with the norms of spiritual culture and values of society. It was established that the goal of art education is to overcome the artistic one-sidedness of perception and understanding of the figurative content of artistic works. Attention is focused on the fact that one of the effective ways of developing the cultural and worldview aspects of art education is the interdependence of philosophy and the phenomenon under study. The fundamental importance of such interaction is that by comparing different concepts of education, clarifying the foundations of each of them and subjecting them to critical analysis, the philosophy of education finds common foundations of the educational system and pedagogical thought, which can serve as a basis for the consensus of different positions. In the context of art education system, professional development of a teacher- musician is considered as a continuous process of growth, integration and implementation of professionally important qualities, abilities, knowledge and skills in pedagogical and practical activities. A qualitative transformation of the teacher's inner world is also key, leading to fundamentally new changes in his condition and way of life. This process involves the search for determinants (mechanisms, factors, conditions) of a specific type of professional development – the teacher’s self-development. The key characteristic of training specialists for innovative activities in the context of adapting the content of education to current tasks is high knowledge requirements. Achieving positive learning results is possible under the condition of competently grounded and clearly formulated educational and scientific programs, which should be oriented towards the achievement of modern educational standards. These standards determine the effectiveness of educational-methodological and scientific-creative activities of specialists in the process of solving problems of research, development and implementation of new pedagogical technologies in higher education institutions.
