Анотація
У статті розглянуто інтеркультурний вимір підготовки академічної молоді, запропоновано вирішення проблеми упорядкування відповідного тезаурусу. Висвітлено стан дослідженості питань інтеркультурної освіти й виховання у вітчизняному та зарубіжному науковому просторі. Серед теоретичних основ формування інтеркультурної компетентності студентів виокремлено концептуальні положення мультикультуралізму, діалогу культур, теорії естетичного виховання. Доведена необхідність конкретизації загальнопедагогічних положень у контексті хореографічної підготовки українських та китайських студентів.
The article reveals intercultural dimension of academic youth training, the solution of the problem of organizing the corresponding thesaurus is proposed. The state of research of issues of intercultural education and upbringing in the native and foreign scientific space is highlighted. Among theoretical bases of intercultural competence forming conceptual provisions of multiculturalism, dialogue of cultures, and theory of aesthetic education are outlined. The necessity of concretization of general pedagogical provisions in the context of choreographic training of Ukrainian and Chinese students is proved. The article proves that joining to the Bologna process by Ukraine stimulates the processes of internationalization of education within the framework of a single European space, obliges to close cooperation in all spheres of socio-cultural life and requires the emergence of an active polylogue in the field of artistic education, in particular choreographic. The theoretical foundations of formation of intercultural competence of the future choreography teachers – the idea of multiculturalism, including the conceptual provisions of the dialogue of cultures, the theory of aesthetic and poly-aesthetic education, and the results of studies of pedagogues-scientists in the field of art pedagogy, are determined. It is proved that the essence of intercultural education consists in the desire of the person to know and understand himself, his native culture, his roots, it is organically combined with the ability not to close in the sphere of his own values, but to strive to discover and understand the Other in the context of the cultural traditions of his people. It is shown that formation of readiness for intercultural dialogue among academic youth will allow solving a number of complex social problems connected with the problem of interethnic hatred. Youth, armed with intercultural competences, are able to overcome contradictions by negotiating, can build a world community in which economic and social advancement will not be inhibited by wars and ethnic conflicts. The cooperation of academic youth from Ukraine and China in the choreographic class becomes the most important condition for the formation of their intercultural competence.
