dc.description.abstractДоведено, що в сучасних умовах найбільш небезпечними є саме зовнішні загрози в системі управління підприємством оптової торгівлі. У статті визначено та охарактеризовано найбільш вагомі внутрішні загрози, що впливають на функціонування підприємств оптової торгівлі іграшками в сучасних умовах. Обґрунтовано, що саме внутрішні фактори – втрата персоналу, внутрішні зловживання, фінансова нестабільність, неефективне управління запа- сами, технічні збої, брак кризового планування та залежність від постачальників – значною мірою визначають стійкість підприємства до зовнішніх викликів. Встановлено, що управлінські помилки щодо управління запасами та недооцінка кіберризиків можуть мати тривалі негативні наслідки. Результати дослідження мають практичне значення для формування внутрішньої політики ризик-менеджменту, посилення системи контролю, цифрової трансформації процесів та кадрової стабільності.
dc.description.abstractIn an unstable external environment caused by martial law, economic recession and a decrease in effective demand, the role of internal factors that determine the enterprise's resilience to crisis challenges is increasing. Entities operating in the wholesale trade of children's goods, in particular toys, are particularly vulnerable, since their business directly depends on the stability of supply chains, the flexibility of operational processes and the coordinated work of personnel. In this context, it is extremely important to identify and characterize key internal threats that affect the effectiveness of the enterprise's management system and determine the ability to adapt to change. It is these internal risks that form the basis for making anti-crisis decisions and increasing the organizational flexibility of wholesale enterprises. The purpose of the article is to identify, systematize and substantiate the most significant internal threats in the management system of a modern toy wholesale enterprise, as well as to establish a relationship between the identified risks and the dynamics of key performance indicators of enterprises in 2019–2023. The object of the study is the internal management environment of enterprises engaged in wholesale trade of toys in Ukraine. The article identifies and characterizes the most significant internal threats that affect the functioning of enterprises engaged in wholesale trade of toys in modern conditions. It is substantiated that it is internal factors – loss of personnel, internal abuse, financial instability, inefficient inventory management, technical failures, lack of crisis planning and dependence on suppliers – that largely determine the resilience of the enterprise to external challenges. It is established that management errors in inventory management and underestimation of cyber risks can have long-term negative consequences. The results of the study have practical significance for the formation of internal risk management policy, strengthening the control system, digital transformation of processes and personnel stability.
