dc.description.abstractУ дослідженні схарактеризовано сутність формування студентами механізмів усвідомлення та фіксації своїх внутрішніх змін і прагнень до саморегуляції педагогічної діяльності на основі впровадження спецкурсу «Саморегуляція як основа успішної професійної діяльності вчителя іноземних мов». З’ясовано, що глобальні зміни, що відбуваються в суспільстві, потребують істотних змін у системі освіти, перегляду принципів її організації, форм і методів навчально-виховного процесу, зокрема розробки і впровадження сучасних освітніх програм навчання.
dc.description.abstractThe study characterized the essence of students' formation of mechanisms of awareness and fixation of their internal changes and aspirations for self-regulation of pedagogical activity based on the implementation of the special course "Self-regulation as the basis of successful professional activity of a teacher of foreign languages". It was found that the global changes taking place in society require significant changes in the education system, revision of the principles of its organization, forms and methods of the educational process, in particular the development and implementation of modern educational training programs. Radical changes in the education system of Ukraine do not require radically new solutions to a number of problems related to the training of teaching staff in higher educational institutions. Higher educational and pedagogical institutions must solve the practical tasks of training an emotionally stable, highly qualified specialist, capable of creativity, reflection of his activity, self-regulation, independent work, which is characterized by readiness for continuous self-improvement. It is such a teacher who will be able to ensure the optimal development of a child's foreign language competence, a student in a higher educational institution and, accordingly, will have more opportunities and prospects in the labor market. The special course "Self-regulation as the basis of successful professional activity of a teacher of foreign languages" solves the problem of training an emotionally stable, highly qualified specialist, capable of creativity, reflection of his activity, self-regulation, independent work, who is characterized by readiness for selfimprovement. It is such a teacher who will be able to ensure the optimal development of a child's foreign language competence, a student in a higher educational institution and, accordingly, will have more opportunities and prospects in the labor market.
