Анотація
В статті показано, що для відносин стратегічного партнерства необхідне визначення головних напрямів взаємодії, засобів і шляхів, які ведуть до реалізації спільних цілей, продумана концепція відносин. Визначено систему стратегічного партнерства нашої держави яка формується згідно з обраним Україною стратегічним курсом на модернізацію країни у відповідності до сучасних викликів глобалізованого світу. Відмічено що Україна визначає свої зовнішньополітичні пріоритети і вибудовує систему відносин стратегічного партнерства у двох головних вимірах – на рівні інтеграційних процесів з Європейським Союзом, на рівні країн-глобальних гравців (США, КНР) та на регіональному рівні (Польща, Туреччина та інші). Автори відзначають основні завдання нової економіки повоєнної України. Це побудова базису реального сектора та розвитку партнерських відносин на сучасних технологічних засадах, здатних забезпечити структурну перебудову економіки з пріоритетним розвитком переробних виробництв, утілити у процеси створення і розподілу продукції і послуг.
The article shows that strategic partnership relations require the definition of the main areas of cooperation, the means and ways to achieve common goals, a well-thought-out concept of relations, the definition of the means to achieve goals and objectives, the stages of their implementation, and the neutralization of factors that hinder this. The article defines the system of strategic partnership of our state, which is being formed in accordance with Ukraine's chosen strategic course for the modernization of the country in line with the current challenges of the globalized world. The article notes that Ukraine defines its foreign policy priorities and builds a system of strategic partnership relations in two main dimensions: at the level of integration processes with the European Union, at the level of global players (the US, China), and at the regional level (Poland, Turkey, and others). All these main directions of Ukrainian foreign policy are self-sufficient and at the same time complementary. The authors highlight the main tasks of the new economy of post-war Ukraine. These include building the foundations of the real sector and developing partnerships based on modern technologies capable of ensuring the structural restructuring of the economy with priority given to the development of processing industries, implementing progressive European policy solutions in the processes of creating and distributing products and services, whose agenda includes such competitiveness factors as energy efficiency, the implementation of the principles of sustainable development and the circular economy, resource-efficient and clean production. It has been shown that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the real sector of the economy has suffered devastating losses and destruction of assets, production and distribution chains, logistics chains, infrastructure, agricultural and land resources, and human capital. Therefore, the development of mutually beneficial relations with the Asia-Pacific countries, primarily with the states of East and Southeast Asia, should become one of Ukraine's strategic foreign policy priorities.
