Анотація
У статті досліджено змішане навчання в українських педагогічнихзакладах вищої освіти в умовах війни. Мета – проаналізувати сприйняття змішаного навчання викладачами та визначити його роль у ефективному освітньому процесі. Використані методи охоплюють розробку опитування,аналіз наукової літератури та законодавчих актів. Результати показують різні перспективи викладачів щодо змішаного навчання, його переваги,недоліки, та виклики, пов'язані з його впровадженням. Практичне значення полягає у підготовці аналітичної записки для виявлення деструктивних наслідків війни та шляхів максимізації ефективності змішаного навчання за результатами опитування. Висновки вказують на потребу подальших досліджень для розвитку методичних та технологічних ресурсів змішаного навчання та розробки тренінг‐курсу для підготовки викладачів‐супервізорів.
The article focuses on assessing the role and impact of blended learning in Ukrainian higher pedagogical institutions in wartime. The aim of the study is to analyse a survey designed to assess blended learning by teachers, its impact on the educational process, and to determine its potential in the context of martial law and post‐war reconstruction of the country. The online survey was developed within the framework of the project 2022.01/0098) «Maximising the Efficiency of Blended Learning Resources in Higher Pedagogical Education Institutions in Wartime and Post‐War Reconstruction of Ukraine» with the grant support of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine. The survey includes questions about the main aspects of blended learning, its advantages, disadvantages, and an assessment of its role in overcoming the challenges caused by the war. The survey aims to identify different perspectives of teachers, their expectations and attitudes towards blended learning. The practical significance of the study is to develop an analytical note that will help identify the destructive effects of the war on the educational process and identify ways to optimize blended learning. This includes the development of a training course to prepare teacher supervisors, as well as identifying the needs for methodological and technological resources. The findings of the study emphasise the need for further development of blended learning, adaptation of its methods and approaches to wartime conditions and post‐war reconstruction. The authors call for the intensification of research in this area, the development of new teaching methods and technologies that will help implement blended learning as an effective tool in the modern educational process. The authors emphasized the role of blended learning as a tool that will contribute to the sustainability and adaptability of the educational process, especially in wartime. In conclusion, the authors emphasized the need for further study and development of blended learning, which can become an important factor in preparing the educational system for the future challenges that the country will face at the stage of post‐war recovery.
