Автори статті проаналізували ефективні формати впровадження інноваційних технологій фізичного виховання студентів. Доведено існування декількох підходів до урізноманітнення фізкультурно‐оздоровчої роботи із студентами – використання інноваційних видів фізичної активності,впровадження спортивно‐орієнтованого формату на основі вибору студенту,видів рухової активності з урахуванням вимог майбутньої професії. Наведено приклади інновацій проведення занять з фізичного виховання серед студентів:фітнес‐програма «Пілоксінг», фітбокс, тай бо; бодіфлекс; стретчинг‐ програми; «Kangoo Jumps», крос‐фіт.
The authors of the article analyzed effective formats for implementing innovative technologies in the physical education of students. Several approaches to diversifying physical education activities with students of modern higher education institutions have been proven: the direct use of innovative types of physical activity, the introduction of a sports‐oriented format based on implemented training, according to the type of sport chosen by the student personally, and types of motor activity taking into account the requirements of future profession. The use of new forms of physical education among college students is a key aspect of the modern approach to teaching and development. Several innovative forms of physical education among college students have been mentioned: fitness classes, extreme sports, dance activities, parkour, yoga, and meditation. In addition, fitness programs such as «Piloxing», fitness with elements of martial arts (fitboxing, taibo), bodyflex, stretching programs, «Kangoo Jumps», cross‐fit have been recognized as effective. The authors analyzed the sports‐oriented format based on implemented training, according to the type of sport chosen by the student personally (fitness, volleyball, basketball, football, athletic gymnastics) using the example of the syllabus of the elective discipline «Physical Education by means of sports» for third‐year full‐time students, proposed by the Physical Education Department of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The appropriateness of choosing methods in the process of physical education is considered not only in terms of the content of educational material but also taking into account the requirements of the future profession. Using one of such classifications of university specialties (by L. Pylypey), grouped by similar requirements for actions, qualities, and abilities of a specialist. The combination of 6 groups of university specialties based on the analysis of professional requirements specific to each specialty is justified. The general idea was to use methods of theoretical and methodological training by physical education department lecturers that would contribute not only to the formation of knowledge but also to the development of qualities characteristic and professionally significant for specialists of various groups ofspecialties.
