dc.description.abstractВ роботі розглянуто різні підходи до визначення цифрової трансформації та проаналізовано особливості цього явища для українських підприємств. Зазначено, що цифрова трансформація містить у собі більше, ніж просто цифровізацію операцій. Обґрунтовано, що для вітчизняних суб’єктів господарювання цифрова трансформація є питанням виживання та розвитку в умовах турбулентності і її успіх залежить від рівня державної підтримки. Запропоновано власне визначення цифрової трансформації, під якою слід розуміти комплексний процес докорінного перетворення бізнес-моделі, операційних процесів та організаційної культури підприємства шляхом наскрізної інтеграції цифрових технологій, що здійснюється в стратегічно спланований спосіб з метою створення нових ціннісних пропозицій, підви- щення ефективності та забезпечення адаптивності бізнесу до динамічних змін зовнішнього середовища. Практична цінність авторських напрацювань дозволяє визначити сутнісні характеристики поняття «цифрова трансформація» з урахуванням специфіки українського бізнес-середовища та узгодження з кращими світовими практиками.
dc.description.abstractDigitalization has now covered all spheres of human life. It is associated with a complete transformation of human thinking and its functioning. In the business environment, digital transformation is associated with the active use of digital technologies, which allow you to quickly adapt to changes in the external environment and bring your internal development potential into line with this. All this makes the issue of studying the essence and content of the definition of digital transformation in modern business conditions relevant. The article aims to analyze existing definitions of the concept of "digital transformation" and reveal its essence in the context of Ukrainian business entities, regardless of industry specialization. To achieve the goal, the work uses the methods of system analysis and generalization, comparative analysis, structuring, and induction. Therefore, the work considers various approaches to defining digital transformation and analyzes the features of this phenomenon for Ukrainian enterprises. It is determined that the existing definitions of each other. Foreign sources emphasize the technological evolution of business models and processes, and Ukrainian sources emphasize the need for stakeholder partnership, changes in the management paradigm, and consideration of national conditions. It is noted that digital transformation involves more than just the digitalization of operations. It is substantiated that for domestic business entities, digital transformation is a matter of survival and development in turbulent conditions, and its success depends on the level of state support. The author proposes his definition of digital transformation, which should be understood as a complex process of radical transformation of the business model, operational processes, and organizational culture of the enterprise through end-to-end integration of digital technologies, which is carried out in a strategically planned manner to create new value propositions, increase efficiency, and ensure business adaptability to dynamic changes in the external environment. The practical value of the author's work allows us to determine the essential characteristics of the concept of "digital transformation" by considering the specifics of the Ukrainian business environment and coordinating with best international practices.
