dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано вплив військового конфлікту та інтенсивного ведення сільського господарства на природні ресурси. Аргументовано необхідність адаптації національних екопрактик в сільському господарстві до європейських концепцій та стратегій щодо трансформації методів управління сільським господарством, досягнення кліматичної стійкості та виконання Глобальних Цілей Сталого Розвитку. Розглянуто показники стійкості та адапта- ції природних ресурсів як одного з постулатів забезпечення продовольчої безпеки, виявлено високий рівень вразливості до змін в середовищі, зазначено сильні та слабкі позиції. Здійснено порівняння стану продовольчого середовища та стійкості і адаптації природних ресурсів країн Європейського Союзу, визначено місце України у рейтингах за вказаним показником. Обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку інвестиційно-інноваційних стратегій щодо стійкості та адаптації природних ресурсів, запропоновано напрямки інвестиційно-інноваційних рішень в сільському господарстві. Визначено, що інтегрований підхід до кліматичної адаптації та сталості сільського господарства має бути розвинутим та впровадженим для забезпечення стійкості та високої якості продовольства в умовах змін клімату та екологічних викликів.
dc.description.abstractThe article substantiates the impact of military conflict and intensive agriculture on natural resources, noting that military actions lead to the spread of pollution, as frequent shelling, explosions, and the use of chemicals negatively affect their condition. The need to adapt national eco-practices in agriculture to European concepts and strategies for transforming agricultural management methods, achieving cli- mate resilience, and implementing the Global Sustainable Development Goals is argued, especially in the context of the country’s European integration. The indicators of resilience and adaptation of natural resources as one of the postulates of ensuring food security are considered, a high level of vulnerability to environmental changes is identified, and strong and weak positions are indicated. A comparison of the state of the food environment and resilience and adaptation of natural resources of the European Union countries is made, indicating the rank, assessment, and change in scores for 2022 compared to 2021, and Ukraine’s place in the rankings for the specified indicator is determined. The need to develop investment and innovation strategies for the sustainability and adaptation of natural resources is substantiated, and directions for investment and innovation solutions in agriculture are proposed. It is determined that an integrated approach to climate adaptation and sustainability of agriculture should be developed and implemented to ensure sustainability and high quality of food in the face of climate change and environmental challenges. The article focuses on the need to introduce innova- tive technologies for monitoring the state of natural resources, which will allow for a prompt response to environmental threats and reduce the negative impact on the agricultural sector. It is noted that supporting national initiatives aimed at adapting to climate change should become a priority for state policy, since only a comprehensive approach will allow not only to preserve natural resources, but also to ensure sustainable development of the agricultural sector. Involving international experience and partnerships will become an important factor in overcoming the challenges facing Ukrainian agriculture in the face of global changes.
