Анотація
В статті досліджено необхідність безпеко-орієнтованого розвитку підприємств в умовах воєнних ризиків, руйнування інфраструктури та релокації бізнесу. Визначено чинники стратегічного управління на міжнародних ринках: інноваційне лідерство, ринкова стійкість, соціально-екологічна відповідальність та ефективне партнерство. Обґрунтовано гібридний характер стратегій, що базуються на механізмах постійного корегування та узгодження заходів. Авторами проаналізовано передовий досвід світових компаній-лідерів. Визначено вимоги до концептуалізації стратегій в контексті цифрової трансформації та соціалізації бізнесу. Акцентовано на важливості інформованості та залученості клієнтів і партнерів до реалізації стратегічних дій. Запропоновано авторський інформаційно-аналітичний інструментарій для оцінювання процесів безпеко-орієнтованого розвитку вітчизняних підприємств.
The article updates the problem of ensuring security-oriented development of domestic enterprises operating under martial law. It is substantiated that the critical state of the business environment, caused by high security risks, destruction of critical and energy infrastructure, migration processes, and the necessity of relocation, requires a radical revision of strategic management. The research focuses on forming sustainable development models that enable enterprises to survive and effectively integrate into international markets. Key factors determining modern requirements for strategic management are analyzed. Innovative leadership, market stability, social and environmental responsibility, and partnership efficiency are identified as fundamental principles of such development. It is proven that contemporary enterprise strategies possess a hybrid character, combining adaptability, diversification, and proactive threat response. Their implementation relies on dynamic mechanisms of constant adjustment, ensuring the synchronization of strategic measures in real time. Special attention is paid to the best practices of global industry leaders. Considering the dynamism of technological progress and digital transformation, the article defines requirements for strategy conceptualization. The need for deep business socialization and increasing the awareness of partners and clients is substantiated. The author demonstrates that high stakeholder involvement is the key to overcoming crisis phenomena. The scientific novelty lies in the theoretical substantiation and practical recommendations for constructing security-oriented development mechanisms. A comprehensive information-analytical toolkit is proposed to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies. This toolkit is based on a system of indicators covering financial, security, digital, and social components. The practical significance of the results lies in their potential use by management to strengthen competitive advantages in the international arena and ensure long-term viability under conditions of global instability.
