dc.description.abstractПодана науково-дослідницька робота присвячена вивченню словотвірного та функціонального потенціалу фемінітивів в українській і французькій мовах. Робота актуальна, тому що подає найновіші відомості про стан використання фемінітивів у Франції та Україні, різноплановий опис цих назв у контексті їхньої особливої активізації впродовж останнього десятиліття. Мета роботи – дослідити динаміку та принципи творення фемінітивів в українських і французьких джерелах різних стилів, а також ставлення до них жителів України та Франції. Для досягнення поставленої мети розв’язано такі завдання: описати словотвірні типи іменників із модифікаційним значенням жіночої статі, притаманні французькій і українській мовам; визначити продуктивність тих чи тих засобів творення фемінітивів обох мов; дослідити поширеність різних словотвірних типів у мові преси та в текстах офіційно-ділового стилю мовлення; пояснити можливі причини за певних умов обмеженого користування цими найменуваннями; оцінити актуальне ставлення носіїв мови з України та Франції до практики використання фемінітивів. У праці застосовано описовий, зіставний і почасти кількісний методи, а також методи опитування (анкетування), спостереження, вивчення документальних джерел. У процесі дослідження встановлено, що в українській і французькій мовах існують моційні деривати з різноманітними суфіксами, які відрізняються наявністю чи відсутністю певних конотацій, що зумовлює їх розподіл за різними сферами вживання. З уваги на позамовні чинники фемінітиви виходять за межі лише розмовного стилю мовлення й стають надбанням інших стилів: публіцистичного й офіційно-ділового. Ставлення жителів України та Франції до присутності фемінітивів у різних функціональних стилях неоднакове.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe presented research work is devoted to the study of word-forming and functional potential of feminitives in Ukrainian and French. The work is relevant because it provides the latest information on the state of use of feminitives in France and Ukraine, a diverse description of these names in the context of their active use over the past decade. The purpose of the work is to investigate the dynamics and principles of creation of feminitives in Ukrainian and French sources of different styles, as well as the attitude of the inhabitants of Ukraine and France to them. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: to describe the word-forming types of nouns with the modifying meaning of the female gender, inherent in the French and Ukrainian languages; to determine the productivity of certain means of creating feminitives of both languages; to investigate the prevalence of different word-forming types in the language of the press and in the texts of the official business style of speech; to explain the possible reasons for certain conditions of limited use of these names; to assess the current attitude of native speakers from Ukraine and France to the practice of using feminitives. The work uses descriptive, comparative and partly quantitative methods, as well as methods of survey (questionnaire), observation, study of documentary sources. In the course of the research it was established that in Ukrainian and French there are derivatives with various suffixes, which differ in the presence or absence of certain connotations, which determines their distribution in different areas of use. Due to non-linguistic factors, feminitives go beyond only the conversational style of speech and become proper of other styles: journalistic and official ones. The attitude of the inhabitants of Ukraine and France to the presence of feminitives in different functional styles is different.uk_UA
