dc.description.abstractПроцеси глобальної інформатизації людського суспільства вимагають особливої уваги до реалізації завдань з інформаційного забезпечення в розвитку підприємств. В статті висвітлено специфіку інформаційного забезпечення та основні його особливості для підприємств України воєнного часу. Проблематика формування системи інформаційного забезпечення діяльності підприємств виступає одним з ключових векторів сучасних наукових досліджень. Стаття розкриває як специфіку категорії інформаційного забезпечення, так і особливості вимог до його формування в загальному вигляді та за воєнного стану в країні. Доведено, що система інформаційного забезпечення має розвивати як внутрішні інформаційні потоки підприємства, котрі розкривають всі аспекти його господарської діяльності, так і зовнішні, котрі забезпечують взаємодію з усіма складовими суспільного середовища: державним управлінням, ринковим середовищем, соціальною сферою та інноваційним розвитком. Особливу увагу в досліджені приділено оцінці формування інформаційного забезпечення з точки зору розвитку підприємств в питаннях інформаційної безпеки та визначенню головних векторів створення ефективної системи інформаційного забезпечення діяльності підприємств умовах невизначеності воєнного часу.
dc.description.abstractThe processes of global informatization of human society require special attention to the implementation of information support tasks in the development of enterprises. The article highlights the specifics of information support and its main features for enterprises of Ukraine in wartime. The issue of forming a system of information support for the activities of enterprises is one of the key vectors of modern scientific research. The article reveals both the specifics of the category of information support and the features of the requirements for its formation in general and during martial law in the country. The place and role of each firm is determined not only by business information to ensure its profits through the creation of a high level of competitiveness (determination of the positioning of the firm and its segment in the market, the level of competition, client and partner base, assessment of the dynamics and situation in the market), but also through regulatory and legal information regarding interaction with state authorities, as well as through the implementation of social functions of the enterprise in accordance with the social environment. Information support of the enterprise plays a special role in the development of its activities under the conditions of rapid modern scientific and technological progress. This applies not only to the use of modern information systems in obtaining, accumulating, processing and analyzing information flows in accordance with the company's activities, but also to the introduction of new technologies into the company's work itself, as well as into the labor collective management system. It is proven that the information support system should develop both the internal information flows of the enterprise, which reveal all aspects of its economic activity, and external, which ensure interaction with all components of the social environment: state administration, market environment, social sphere and innovative development. Special attention in the study is paid to the assessment of the formation of information support from the point of view of the development of enterprises in matters of information security and to the definition of the main vectors of creating an effective system of information support for the activities of enterprises in conditions of wartime uncertainty.
