Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз особливостей розвитку професійної майстерності майбутніх фахівців інженерних спеціальностей. Встановлено, що розвиток професійної майстерності майбутніх фахівців інженерних спеціальностей є складним і багатогранним процесом, що передбачає інтеграцію знань, практичного досвіду, творчих здібностей і особистісно-професійних якостей. Формування професійної майстерності забезпечує підготовку конкурентноздатних інженерів, здатних до інноваційної діяльності, професійного зростання та успішної реалізації в умовах динамічного розвитку суспільства. Професійна майстерність майбутнього інженера формується у процесі навчально-професійної діяльності, яка передбачає засвоєння фундаментальних і спеціальних знань, розвиток технічного мислення, здатність до аналізу та синтезу інформації, а також формування практичного досвіду. Ефективність цього процесу залежить від мотивації студентів, якості освітнього середовища, використання сучасних педагогічних технологій та активної взаємодії з виробничою сферою. Особливістю інженерної освіти є поєднання теоретичної підготовки з практичною діяльністю, що дозволяє студентам не лише отримувати знання, а й застосовувати їх у реальних або змодельованих виробничих ситуаціях. Саме така інтеграція сприяє формуванню професійної компетентності як основи майстерності.
The article analyzes the features of the development of professional skills of future specialists in engineering specialties. It is established that the development of professional skills of future specialists in engineering specialties is a complex and multifaceted process that involves the integration of knowledge, practical experience, creative abilities and personal qualities. The effectiveness of this process depends on the motivation of students, the quality of the educational environment, the use of modern pedagogical technologies and active interaction with the production sphere. The formation of professional skills ensures the training of competitive engineers capable of innovative activity, professional growth and successful implementation in the conditions of dynamic development of society. The professional skills of a future engineer are formed in the process of educational and professional activity, which involves the acquisition of fundamental and specialized knowledge, the development of technical thinking, the ability to analyze and synthesize information, as well as the formation of practical experience. A feature of engineering education is the combination of theoretical training with practical activities, which allows students not only to acquire knowledge, but also to apply it in real or simulated production situations. It is this integration that contributes to the formation of professional competence as the basis of mastery. The effectiveness of the process of professional training of engineers is ensured by the use of active learning methods in the educational process (problem-based methods, project method, developmental learning, etc.), the implementation of modular rating assessment, as well as the organization of continuous control and productive independent work of students. It is important to widely use computer and telecommunications equipment; introduce electronic textbooks, textbooks, and use information resources that orient the student towards acquiring knowledge, creative search, and develop the ability to work independently and generate ideas. Prospects for further scientific development of the above problem are seen in substantiating the criteria, indicators and levels of development of professional skills of future specialists in engineering specialties.
