dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто роль цифровізації як ключового чинника активізації процесів сталого розвитку сільських територій України в умовах трансформаційної нестабільності, викликаної воєнними подіями та соціально-економічною депресією. Обґрунтовано, що цифрова трансформація слугує інструментом модернізації сільськогосподарської та сервісної інфраструктури, а також виступає у якості каталізатора системної інституціональної реорганізації, спрямованої на підвищення соціальної інклюзивності та економічної самодостатності сільських регіонів. Визначено потенціал цифрових технологій у подоланні територіальної маргіналізації та підвищенні людського капіталу шляхом розвитку е-сервісів і нових форм підприємництва в аграрному секторі. З’ясовано потенціал цифровізації в контексті проєктування інструментів місцевої політики, націленої на досягнення цілей сталого розвитку сільських громад. Досліджено рівень розвитку сільських громад за індексними показниками цифровізації. Запропоновано модель діджитал-інтегрованого розвитку сільських територій, що поєднує технологічну модернізацію та інклюзивність соціального середовища.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the article is to theoretically and methodologically substantiate the role of digitalization as a key factor in the sustainable development of rural areas of Ukraine and to form a model of digitally integrated growth based on technological modernization and inclusiveness. The methodological basis of the study is a systemic, structural-functional and interdisciplinary approach, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the impact of digitalization on the socio-economic transformation of rural areas. The methods of comparative analysis, expert assessment, as well as logical-semantic generalization of empirical data were used. Elements of comparative analysis were applied to identify internal and external factors of digital transformation at the local level. The article examines the role of digitalization as a key factor in activating the processes of sustainable development of rural areas of Ukraine in the conditions of transformational instability caused by military events and socio-economic depression. It is substantiated that digital transformation serves as a tool for the modernization of agricultural and service infrastructure, and also acts as a catalyst for systemic institutional reorganization aimed at increasing social inclusion and economic self-sufficiency of rural regions. The potential of digital technologies in overcoming territorial marginalization and increasing human capital through the development of e-services and new forms of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector is determined. The potential of digitalization is clarified in the context of designing local policy instruments aimed at achieving the goals of sustainable development of rural communities. The level of development of rural communities according to digitalization index indicators is investigated. The need to form a smart specialization policy for each community is substantiated, taking into account regional specifics and the potential of digital infrastructure. A model of digitally integrated development of rural areas is proposed, combining technological modernization and inclusiveness of the social environment.
