Анотація
Формування готовності викладача до ораторської діяльності й подальший розвиток як професійного спікера, досягнення ораторської майстерності є тривалим і клопітким процесом риторичної підготовки, що вимагає розвитку риторичних знань, ораторських умінь, ораторських звичок, дизайн-мислення, світогляду дослідника, формування унікального ораторського стилю.
З’ясовано форми й засоби неформальної (лекційні курси з риторики, майстер-класи, тренінги з ораторського мистецтва; онлайн-курси) та інформальної (систематична ораторська практика; підготовка до кожного публічного виступу; рефлексія; аналіз ораторської практики професійних спікерів; перегляд відеокурсів з ораторського мистецтва, окремих лекцій із риторики; перегляд відеозаписів (аудіозаписів) промов, наукових подкастів, присвячених окремим риторичним темам; консультації з викладачами риторики; наукові дискусії; читання літератури з риторики, а також різних жанрів і тематики) освіти, що забезпечують риторичну підготовку викладача ВВНЗ.
Formation of readiness of a teacher for oratorical activity and further development as a professional speaker, achievement of oratorical skills is a long and laborious process of rhetorical training, which requires the development of rhetorical knowledge, oratorical skills, oratorical habits, design thinking, researcher's worldview, formation of a unique oratorical style. Rhetorical training allows the teacher to realize the value of oratorical activity for students (cadets, students) of higher educational institutions and to ensure its effectiveness. Informal and informal education plays an important role in the development of a teacher as a professional speaker. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content of rhetorical training of a teacher of higher educational institutions using informal and informal education, the result of which will be the formation of readiness for oratory activity. Among the research methods used are analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization of scientific sources, pedagogical observation and analysis of forms, means, methods of informal and informal education. The forms and means of informal (lecture courses on rhetoric, master classes, trainings on oratory; online courses) and informal education that provide rhetorical training of a teacher of higher educational institutions are clarified. Informal education includes systematic oratory practice; preparation for each public speech; reflection; analysis of the oratory practice of professional speakers; viewing video courses on oratory, individual lectures on rhetoric; viewing video or audio recordings of public speeches, scientific podcasts dedicated to individual rhetorical topics; consultations with trainers or teachers of rhetoric; scientific discussions; reading literature on rhetoric, as well as various genres and topics. In addition, continuous learning, constant creative search and systematic scientific research are an indispensable guarantee of preparing meaningful and useful public speeches for target audiences.
