dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито сутність і значення студентоцентрованого підходу у контексті внутрішньої системи забезпечення якості закладів вищої освіти. Проаналізовано його роль у формуванні сучасного освітнього середовища, що відповідає державним стандартам і водночас враховує потреби особистості та ринку праці. Особливу увагу приділено питанням забезпечення зворотного зв’язку зі студентами, інтеграції роботодавців у процес розробки освітніх програм, а також цифровізації навчального середовища як інструментів підвищення якості освітніх послуг. Обґрунтовано, що студентоцентроване управління виступає не лише педагогічною інновацією, а й стратегічним чинником, що зміцнює довіру до закладу вищої освіти, сприяє формуванню конкурентоспроможних випускників і забезпечує його інтеграцію у європейський та глобальний освітній простір.
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, the system of higher education in Ukraine has been undergoing profound structural and institutional transformations, driven by the dual imperatives of integration into the European Higher Education Area and the need to respond to internal socio-economic turbulence. Within this context, the assurance and continuous enhancement of educational quality have emerged as strategic imperatives for universities, as they directly determine institutional competitiveness, academic reputation, and global visibility. The conventional, instructor-centered models of organizing the educational process are increasingly giving way to advanced management approaches grounded in human-centric philosophy, adaptability, and innovation. Student-centered management of educational processes has thus become a conceptual and practical cornerstone of modern higher education reform. This paradigm redefines the traditional relationship between educators and learners, shifting from hierarchical control to cooperative partnership, from standardized curricula to individualized and competency-oriented learning trajectories, and from reproductive teaching to active, technology-driven, and research-based learning practices. The article reveals the theoretical essence, managerial significance, and practical implications of the student-centered approach within the framework of the internal quality assurance system of higher education institutions. It emphasizes its crucial role in shaping a dynamic educational ecosystem that simultaneously meets national accreditation standards and aligns with the evolving expectations of students, employers, and society at large. Particular attention is devoted to the mechanisms of systematic student feedback, the integration of stakeholders - especially employers - into the co-design and continuous improvement of educational programs, and the digital transformation of the learning environment as a decisive factor in enhancing the quality, accessibility, and transparency of educational services. It is substantiated that student-centered management constitutes not only a pedagogical innovation but also a strategic governance tool that enhances institutional trust, strengthens academic integrity, ensures the formation of competitive and socially responsible graduates, and accelerates the integration of Ukrainian higher education into the European and global academic space.
