Анотація
У статті розкривається сутність сучасної правознавчої освіти в Україні.
The article reveals the essence of the legal education in Ukraine. Basic special effects professionally-legal culture of the lawyer on the legal culture of a society can be reduced to the following areas: 1) ensuring proper quality of adopted laws and other legal acts; 2) the fair administration of justice and the performance of other professional duties; 3) prevention of offences and timely disclosure of crime; 4) the professional performance every lawyer of his powers without bureaucratic delays at a certain time and accurately: 5) legal education society on the principles and content of a legal state: 6) informing citizens about their rights and obligations, and legitimate ways of their implementation; 7) ability to professionally protect the rights of man and citizen and the like.
