Анотація
У статті на теоретичному рівні обґрунтовано значення педагога як ключового об’єкта моніторингу якості надання освітніх послуг у ЗЗСО. Проаналізовані сучасні підходи до розуміння ролі вчителя, зокрема в контексті реалізації концепції НУШ та орієнтації на європейські освітні стандарти. Зазначено, що сучасний педагог є багатогранною, креативною та професійно гнучкою особистістю, яка здатна швидко реагувати на зміни в освіті, результативно використовувати інноваційні педагогічні технології та забезпечувати формування ключових компетентностей учнів. Наголошено, що вчитель у сучасному освітньому процесі виступає як джерелом знань, так і фасилітатором, тьютором, наставником і організатором освітньої діяльності, здатний формувати у здобувачів освіти індивідуальну освітню траєкторію та повноцінно розвивати їхні інтелектуальні, соціальні і творчі здібності. У роботі проаналізовано наукові підходи до трактування поняття «якість освітніх послуг» й визначено його як комплексну характеристику освітнього процесу, що відображає рівень організації навчання, ефективність педагогічної діяльності, результати навчання учнів ЗЗСО та відповідність освітніх результатів потребам особистості й суспільства. Висвітлено наукові погляди українських учених щодо проблеми якості освіти та ролі педагогічної компетентності у її забезпеченні. Особливу увагу приділено моніторингу якості надання освітніх послуг як важливому інструменту оцінювання педагогічної діяльності. Розглянуто основні методи моніторингу та обґрунтовано, що його результати є підґрунтям для підвищення професійної майстерності вчителя, удосконалення освітнього процесу та прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень. Дійшли висновку, що педагог виступає центральною фігурою освітнього процесу, ключовим об’єктом моніторингу якості надання освітніх послуг, оскільки саме від рівня його фаховості і особистісних якостей залежать навчальні досягнення учнів, результативне функціонування освітнього процесу та закладу освіти в цілому.
The article theoretically substantiates the importance of teachers as key objects of monitoring the quality of educational services in general secondary education institutions. It analyses contemporary approaches to understanding the role of teachers, particularly in the context of implementing the concept of the new Ukrainian school and orienting towards European educational standards. It is noted that the modern teacher is a multifaceted, creative and professionally flexible personality who is able to respond quickly to changes in education, effectively use innovative pedagogical technologies and ensure the formation of key competencies in students. It is emphasised that in the modern educational process, the teacher acts as a source of knowledge, a facilitator, a tutor, a mentor and an organiser of educational activities, capable of shaping the individual educational trajectory of students and fully developing their intellectual, social and creative abilities. The paper analyses scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of ‘quality of educational services’ and defines it as a comprehensive characteristic of the educational process that reflects the level of organisation of teaching, the effectiveness of pedagogical activity, the learning outcomes of students in general secondary education institutions, and the relevance of educational outcomes to the needs of the individual and society. The scientific views of Ukrainian scholars on the problem of education quality and the role of pedagogical competence in ensuring it are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to monitoring the quality of educational services as an important tool for evaluating pedagogical activity. The main methods of monitoring are considered and it is argued that its results are the basis for improving the professional skills of teachers, improving the educational process and making effective management decisions. It is concluded that the teacher is the central figure in the educational process and the key object of monitoring the quality of educational services, since it is the level of their professionalism and personal qualities that determine the academic achievements of students and the effective functioning of the educational process and the educational institution as a whole.
