dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядається спільна музично-педагогічна практика майбутніх вихователів і музичних керівників у дошкільному навчальному закладі як заключний етап формування їх музично-педагогічної компетентності. Визначено умови її проходження, серед яких – психолого-педагогічні, дидактичні, організаторські; програма розподілу дій музичного керівника та вихователя в межах спільних функцій музично-педагогічної діяльності; механізм управління процесами формування музично-педагогічної компетентності в процесі практики; критерії ефективного її проходження студентами; моніторинг результатів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article dwells on the joint music and pedagogic practical training of the future preschool teachers and music instructors in a preschool educational institution as the final stage of the formation of their musical pedagogical competence. The conditions have been established for organizing joint pedagogical practical training of the students specializing in the fields of «Preschool Education» and «Musical Art» being future teachers and music instructors in preschool educational institutions. The author distinguishes the following conditions: 1) psychological and pedagogical: the orientation of the learning process of the higher educational institution towards the development of musical pedagogical competence of future specialists; 2) psychological, musical and pedagogical, as well as methodological preparation of students for practical training; 3) organizational: the creation of educational environment for practical training that reflects the relations between a higher education institution and a basic education institution; 4) didactic: methodological support of all types of practical training. Joint practical training in the sphere of musical education of the preschoolers within a preschool education institution presupposes the following program: 1) observation of music lessons and other forms of music-related activities of children of different age groups followed by the analysis of the musical and pedagogical activities of the teacher and music instructor, as well as their pedagogic interaction; 2) jointly held music lessons and fun activities accompanied by music for children of different age groups. The goal, objectives and the content of a music lesson is planned by a music instructor, who, however, discusses her/his decisions with the preschool teacher. The goal, objectives and the content of a fun activity is planned jointly by a music instructor and a preschool teacher. Moreover, the article examines the mechanism of managing the processes of the formation of musical pedagogical competence in the framework of practical training; the criteria of effective practical training, and the monitoring of outcomes. Practical training evaluation grade is assigned upon the closing conference and revision of paperwork, i.e. an individual practical training plan, a journal, a psychological profile of the child, the notes of music and other lessons, the notes on organizing fun activities and leisure time, the notes on parent consulting, methodological materials intended for pedagogic council, as well as a student report.uk_UA
