dc.description.abstractФормування алгоритму доведення відповідності українського взуття європейським вимогам зумовлюється стратегічною зацікавленістю підприємств у диверсифікації експортних потоків, зміцненні позицій на висококонкурентному ринку ЄС. Метою статті є визначення комплексу вимог до взуття в межах чинних регламентів та директив ЄС, а також розробка практичного алгоритму доведення відповідності взуття цим вимогам. Методологія дослідження базується на системному та узагальнюючому методах аналізу, що забезпечує комплексний підхід до розробки алгоритму виходу на ринок ЄС українських виробників взуття. Доведення відповідності взуття вимогам ЄС може здійснюватися за певним алгоритмом: з’ясування суттєвих вимог до взуття; оцінка його безпечності; формування технічної документації; розробка інструкцій з використання, догляду та утилізації; формування вимоги до маркування та паковання. Результати дослідження надають практичні рекомендації виробниками українського взуття щодо послідовності дій в умовах гармонізації міжнародної торгівлі.
dc.description.abstractIn connection with the processes of harmonization of technical regulation between Ukraine and the EU, compliance of products with established requirements is becoming critical for ensuring the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises in foreign markets. In this context, the footwear industry appears as one of the promising sectors of Ukrainian exports, which demonstrates the potential for increasing sales volumes under conditions of successful adaptation to EU requirements for quality, in particular product safety. The formation of the algorithm for proving the compliance of Ukrainian footwear with European requirements is also due to the strategic interest of enterprises in diversifying export flows, strengthening their positions in the highly competitive EU market, and promoting long-term economic growth at the national level. In this context, the development of a clear, consistent mechanism of action for business entities aimed at ensuring the compliance of their products with the requirements of the European Union market is of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to determine the set of requirements for footwear within the framework of current EU regulations and directives, as well as to develop a practical algorithm for proving the compliance of footwear with these requirements. The research methodology is based on systemic and generalizing methods of analysis, which provides a comprehensive approach to developing an algorithm for entering the EU market for Ukrainian footwear manufacturers. The logic of the study is built on a sequential analysis of the EU technical regulation system, which made it possible to identify the key stages of proving compliance with the established requirements. Proof of compliance of footwear with established EU requirements can be carried out according to a certain algorithm: clarification of essential requirements for footwear; assessment of its safety; formation of technical documentation confirming compliance; development of instructions for use, care and disposal; formation of requirements for marking and packaging of footwear. The results of the study provide practical recommendations for Ukrainian footwear manufacturers on the sequence of actions in the conditions of harmonization of international trade.
