Анотація
У роботі обґрунтовано необхідність застосування синергетичного підходу в процесі формування професійної культури майбутніх менеджерів туризму. Синергетичний підхід є однією з найважливіших складових методологічної бази формування професійної культури майбутніх менеджерів туризму. Створення синергетичної теорії освіти відбулося через дослідження існуючих систем освіти, які спроможні адаптуватися до змін у суспільстві. Синергетична модель освіти повинна сприяти формуванню особистості та інтересу студента у творчому процесі відродження та розвитку суспільства. Впровадження синергетичного підходу в професійну підготовку менеджерів туризму допоможе залучити творчі здібності студентів до соціокультурної діяльності.
To be manager of tourism a person must be the bearer of such characteristics as professional competence, motivation setup cultural qualities, knowledge of world history, knowledge of traditions, customs, cultures, knowledge of foreign languages, communication culture. A person showed respect other nations, the representatives of other nationalities and cultures, respond instantly to arised problems. Training competent professionals in tourism demands to take responsibility for their own decisions, to be able to cooperate, to develop educational and creative activity, to find a compromise, to seek understanding and life without contradictions in society. In a process of investigation the educational problems of training specialists have been found that there is a great need to create or search an approach that would be appropriate for their particular needs and questions. This methodological approach is synergistic, based on the self-develop system . The essence of higher education in the measurements of synergistic approach is the self-organization of professional to be as a single coherent system, which is consistent with the modern view of the world and developing the cultural ideals. Introduction of synergistic approach in manager’s training program of tourism will bring to the creative ability of students’ socio-cultural activities. The concept of synergy allows to move the content to the theory of pedagogy, which in turn is the basis for a concept of creating professional culture of the future specialist tourism management. The application of synergistic education in a process of professional culture formation of the future tourism managers contributes to the spread of knowledge about self-development and the development of complex systems. The importance of synergetic methodology for building professional culture is that these methods allow to investigate the general laws of behavior of any systems and understanding the principles of education. The employment of a synergistic approach to the professional culture of tourism manager needs fundamentalization of the whole process of training manager. Fundamentalization provides changes to existing programs, professional, scientific and natural sciences, attitude review, values, priorities in the educational system. Training of future tourism managers in measurements of synergistic approach will give possibility to form creativity, the ability to self-responsibility and social activity, and thus expert’s professional culture.
