dc.description.abstractОдним з найактуальніших питань в українській системі освіти є питання якісного відбору учасників програм з підготовки майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів. В українській системі освіти недостатньо вивчений досвід Франції в цій галузі. А між тим цей досвід може стати дуже доречним для оновлення системи підготовки керівників навчальних закладів України. З огляду на французьку систему підготовки майбутніх менеджерів освіти необхідно активно впроваджувати в практику навчання інтерактивні методи. Однією з найбільш вимогливих функцій управлінця є функція прийняття рішень. Метод вивчення ситуації, який використовують у Франції під час підготовки майбутніх менеджерів освіти, за умови його впровадження в Україні дозволив би майбутнім керівникам навчальних закладів ефективніше оволодіти методикою прийняття рішень на противагу традиційним підходам до навчання, коли роль студента пасивна й обмежена слуханням викладача.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe question of the proper choice of candidates for training programs for future educational managers of Ukrainian educational institutions tends to be extremely urgent. Proper distinguishing of candidates’ skills during the selection process is crucially important. A thorough study of the experience of France in this field has not been carried out in the Ukrainian educational system yet. This experience could serve the purpose of renovation of the Ukrainian educational managers training system. Taking into consideration the French system for training future educational managers, it appears necessary to introduce actively interactive methods in the training practice. One of the most effective methods of developing critical thinking in the future educational manager is the method of situation studying widely used in French master’s programs. Moreover, one of the most important functions of an educational manager is the one that presupposes making decisions. The method of situation studying focuses on development of practical skills in dealing with problematic social and economic situations. Furthermore, in connection with modernization of educational manager training approaches in Ukraine it is worth focusing on the peculiarities of practice process of the future educational managers in France. It’s important that the functions that the student is entrusted with during the practice process enable a certain share of autonomy. In the process, the tutor supervising the student is responsible for the pedagogic aspect, controlling the quality and achievement of goals set. The tutor is also supposed to facilitate the integration of the student with the new environment. The tutor helps the student to analyze and understand their activity while functioning as a part of an enterprise. Provided that the students reconsider the practice process as a part of master’s programs in Ukraine taking into account the French experience, it would be extremely useful to provide autonomy to help develop the skills of independent decision-making in the future Ukrainian educational managers.uk_UA
