Анотація
Мета статті полягає в конкретизації сутності стратегії підготовки майбутніх магістрів медицини до педагогічної діяльності. У науковому пошуку використовувалися методи теоретичного аналізу наукової літератури для уточнення змісту філософських, економічних, психологічних, педагогічних, прогностичних, синергетичних, соціологічних, акмеологічних стратегій підготовки майбутніх магістрів медицини до педагогічної діяльності. Методи систематизації застосовувалися для визначення ознак стратегій підготовки майбутніх магістрів медицини до педагогічної діяльності та уточнення моделей взаємовідносин у медичній професії. Проаналізовано механізм розробки стратегії підготовки майбутніх магістрів медицини до педагогічної діяльності.
The purpose of the article is to specify the essence of the strategy of training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity. Methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature were used to clarify the content of philosophical, economic, psychological, pedagogical, prognostic, synergetic, sociological, acmeological strategies for training future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity. Methods of systematization were for determining the characteristics of strategies for the training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity and clarifying the models of relationships in the medical profession. The mechanism of development of strategy of training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity is analyzed. Research results: the mechanism of strategy development is analyzed, which is considered as a pedagogical phenomenon that reflects the system of goals and methods realized by future masters and implemented in the learning process, aimed at achieving the desired level of readiness for pedagogical activity. The practical significance of the research is that teachers can take into account the following features of strategies for training future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity: focus on a certain type of activity; targeting on the formation of the necessary competencies; directing on success, self‐realization in pedagogical activities in the health care system; striving for professional self‐determination, self‐discovery, self‐realization; enriching the motivation of professional choice (strategies for the realization of personal potential, the organization of professionally oriented pedagogical activity in the health care system). The pedagogical essence of strategies of training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity is considered as model of interaction of all resources, a way of constructing, self‐designing and structural self‐organization of professional development in pedagogical activity in health care system, a choice of a direction of a vector of professional future success. We see prospects for further scientific research in the methodological support for the implementation of optimal strategies for preparing future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity.
