dc.description.abstractУ статті розкриті характер, зміст та сутність взаємодії загальноосвітніх та позашкільних навчальних закладів. Зроблена спроба визначити основні аспекти, ключові структурні компоненти взаємодії загальноосвітніх та позашкільних навчальних закладів в естетичному вихованні підлітків. Визначена концепція дослідження. Взаємодія загальноосвітніх та позашкільних навчальних закладів розглядається в єдності чотирьох рівнів: мегарівня, макрорівня, мезорівня, мікрорівня. Доведена ефективність дії даної концепції.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article the character, the contents and the essence of interaction of general and extra-curricular educational institutions are revealed. The attempt to define the main aspects, key structural components of interaction of general and extra-curricular educational institutions in esthetic education of teenagers is made. The article deals with the essence of interaction. Interaction is an interconnected exchange of actions, organization people’s mutual actions aimed at the implementation of joint activities. During the interaction, there is an exchange of actions, conceived the relationship, coordination of actions of two entities, as well as the sustainability of their interests, planning of joint activities, allocation of functions, etc. With the help of actions occur mutual regulation, mutual control, mutual influence and mutual assistance. The article examines the interaction as interpersonal community which provides interrelation with different people. The signs of joint activities are studied. In the society in the process of social life is formed the system of personal interactions. A variety of social relations, the subjects of which they are cause a variety of social interests. Social relations are of a practical nature, but for every person they are reflected in his inner world, acquire personal meaning, which is manifested in the individual behavior, feelings, moods, and so on. Indispensable feature of social relations is interpersonal socio-psychological aspect.   At the same time the characteristic of pedagogic interaction as a phenomenon, which contains contact in the dyad, is given. Interaction is proposed to be considered as two types of joint action and rivalry. This classification has dichotomy classification of the types of interaction, and the other focuses on the number of entities participating in the interaction. Thus, the article examines the interaction between groups, between the individual and the group, between two personalities. In the context of non-formal education is considered social interaction, in a simplistic way such communication is invited to see the scheme: «I am – the social situation – a symbolic interpretation of the situation – the other person, personality».uk_UA
