dc.description.abstractУ статті здійснено аналіз ролі інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) у підготовці майбутніх правознавців в умовах змішаного навчання та обґрунтовано доцільність їх впровадження в освітній процес для підготовки конкурентноздатних фахівців юридичної сфери.Встановлено, що формат змішаного навчання уможливлює створення оптимальних умов (дидактичних, організаційно-методичних, психолого- педагогічних) для удосконалення інформаційно-ресурсного забезпечення закладів освіти для оволодіння студентами змістом освітньо-професійних програм, стимулює викладачів до розширення спектру засобів навчання за рахунок цифрових, проєктування авторських педагогічних технологій, котрі можна успішно застосовувати в освітньому процесі та досягати визначених програмами результатів навчання.Виявлено, що ІКТ у змішаному навчанні створюють широкі можливості для якісної підготовки майбутніх правознавців. Вони сприяють поєднанню академічних знань із практичними навичками, що є ключовою умовою ефективної юридичної освіти. Застосування ІКТ дозволяє студентам не лише краще засвоювати матеріал, а й розвивати професійні компетентності, необхідні для роботи у сучасному правовому середовищі. Змішане навчання у поєднанні з ІКТ забезпечує підготовку конкурентоздатних фахівців- правознавців, здатних діяти в умовах складних суспільних і правових викликів.
dc.description.abstractLegal education requires the introduction of new approaches to the organization of the educational process, combining traditional and innovative forms of learning. In the context of blended learning, the use of didactic technologies that contribute to the development of students' skills in critical thinking, analysis of legal phenomena and effectively apply the acquired knowledge in professional activities. The article analyzes the role of information and communication technologies in the training of future lawyers in blended learning and substantiates the feasibility of introducing ICT into educational processes for the training of competitive legal professionals. It has been established that the blended learning format makes it possible to create optimal conditions (didactic, organizational-methodical, psychological- pedagogical) for improving the information and resource provision of educational institutions for students to master the content of educational and professional programs, stimulates teachers to expand the range of teaching tools through digital ones, designing original pedagogical technologies that can be successfully applied in the educational process and achieve the learning outcomes defined by the programs. It has been found that ICT in blended learning creates broad opportunities for high- quality training of future lawyers. They contribute to the combination of academic knowledge with practical skills, which is a key condition for effective legal education, contribute to increasing the efficiency of the educational process, provide access to relevant legal information, form practical skills in working with electronic resources and documents. The use of ICT allows students not only to better assimilate the material, but also to develop professional competencies necessary for working in a modern legal environment. Blended learning combined with ICT provides training for competitive legal professionals capable of operating in complex social and legal challenges. Prospects for further scientific development of the above problem are seen in substantiating the pedagogical conditions for professional training of future lawyers in the context of blended learning.
