Анотація
У статті розглянуто проблему формування фахової компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів сестринської справи у медичних закладах вищої освіти.Визначено основні передумовами розробок інноваційних підходів до формування фахової компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів сестринської справи: соціальне замовлення суспільства; зарубіжний та вітчизняний досвід розробки компетентностей медичних сестер на основі інтеграції гуманітарних, соціальних та медичних дисциплін; нові вимоги до медсестер з урахуванням швидких змін системі охорони здоров’я та новітніх технічних досягнень. Обґрунтовано, що сформованість у медичних сестер фахової компетентності підвищує престиж професії, соціальний статус медичних сестер, зменшуючи межу між бакалаврами сестринської справи та лікарями. Нова генерація медичних сестер дасть змогу ефективніше використовувати лікарські кадри.
The article deals with the problem of formation of professional competence of future bachelors of nursing in medical institutions of higher education. The main prerequisites for the development of innovative approaches to the formation of the professional competence of future bachelors of nursing are determined: the social order of society; foreign and domestic experience of developing the competencies of nurses based on the integration of humanitarian, social and medical disciplines; new requirements for nurses, taking into account rapid changes in the health care system and the latest technical advances. It is substantiated that the formation of professional competence in nurses increases the prestige of the profession, the social status of nurses, reducing the gap between bachelors of nursing and doctors. The new generation of nurses will make it possible to use medical personnel more efficiently. It is summarized that the training of future bachelors of nursing, based on a competency‐based approach and focused on the practical preparation of students for independent nursing activities, will make it possible to solve a number of problems of the health care system: first of all, the health care system of Ukraine will be replenished with nurses of a new generation, who competently and independently solve a number of patients' problems, stand on guard to preserve health and improve the quality of life of patients. It has been established that the professional competence of future bachelors of nursing is an integrated quality that ensures the implementation of: clinical nursing: the ability to implement safe patient‐centered nursing care, to take responsibility for independent decisions, actions and personnel management; scientific approach and evidence‐based nursing practice: plan and carry out scientific research in nursing, demonstrate research results and implement them in clinical practice, make informed decisions based on evidence‐based nursing practice; of management and quality: are responsible for their own independent actions and team work; committed to the principles of quality and effective interprofessional activity in all situations; health promotion: have a wide range of methods and strategies for promoting a healthy lifestyle and self‐care at the individual/family/population level; teaching and guiding: possess a wide range of nursing techniques and materials for teaching and guiding different patients and populations.
