Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічні аспекти дослідження корпоративної соціально-економічної відповідальності (КСВ) підприємств як ключового чинника їхнього сталого розвитку. Визначено сутність, принципи та основні напрями корпоративної соціальної відповідальності у контексті сучасних економічних і соціальних викликів. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до трактування корпоративної відповідальності та її складових. Розглянуто методологічні підходи до оцінки ефективності реалізації КСВ, розглянуто переваги і недоліки різних методів. Визначено, що соціальні гарантії є важливим елементом корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ), оскільки вони формують основу для сталого розвитку компанії та створення сприятливого середовища як для працівників, так і для громади, в якій функціонує підприємство.
The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the study of corporate social and economic responsibility (CSR) of enterprises as a key factor in their sustainable development. The essence, principles and main directions of corporate social responsibility in the context of modern economic and social challenges are determined. Scientific approaches to the interpretation of corporate responsibility and its components, covering the economic, environmental and social aspects of the activities of enterprises, are analyzed. In the process of the study, conceptual approaches to assessing the effectiveness of CSR implementation, including social audit models, sustainable development indicators, are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the Triple Bottom Line, Balanced Scorecard, London Benchmarking Group, EFQM Model for Business Excellence, Corporate Philanthropy Index, Dow Jones Sustainability Index, FTSE4Good, Domini Social Investment (DSI 400), Social Index (SI), approaches to assessing CSR in SA 8000 and AA 1000 standards are considered. The article focuses on the impact of CSR on the competitiveness of enterprises, their reputation, relationships with key stakeholders, as well as on the possibilities of attracting investment, strengthening trust and economic security from society. It is determined that social guarantees are an important element of corporate social responsibility (CSR), since they form the basis for the sustainable development of the company and the creation of a favorable environment for both employees and the community in which the enterprise operates. Their impact on the development of CSR is manifested through several key aspects. The importance of implementing CSR into the corporate governance system is substantiated in order to ensure the balanced development of business and society. The results of the study can be used to further improve methodological approaches to CSR analysis, develop strategies for sustainable development of enterprises and form a regulatory framework to stimulate socially responsible business behavior.
