Анотація
У статті висвітлено теоретичні засади та сучасні підходи до формувального навчання як ключового напрямку розвитку сучасної освіти. Розглянуто сутнісні характеристики, педагогічні принципи, механізми реалізації та значення формувального навчання в контексті компетентнісного підходу. Особливу увагу приділено ролі здобувача вищої освіти як активного суб’єкта навчального процесу. Курс «Українська мова (за професійним спрямуванням)» спрямований на конкретні професійні потреби, тому важливо, щоб навчальний процес був гнучким і практикоорієнтованим. Саме формувальне навчання забезпечує динаміку набуття знань та коригувати траєкторії формування необхідних навичок. Формувальне навчання спрямоване на допомогу студенту в досягненні результатів діяльності, саме таке навчання дозволяє коригувати процес навчальної діяльності за рахунок постійного зворотного зв'язку, у такий спосіб сприяючи індивідуалізації в навчанні та реалізації особистісно-орієнтованого підходу. У методології курсу «Українська мова (за професійним спрямуванням)» основний акцент робиться на застосуванні активних та інтерактивних форм навчання: комп'ютерної симуляції (використання мультимедійних технологій у процесі занять, присвячених мовленнєвим ситуаціям професійного дискурсу); ділових та мовленнєвих іграх (створення мовленнєвих ситуацій професійного офіційно-ділового спілкування); аналіз конкретних ситуацій (аналіз студентських виступів, повідомлень тощо); тренінгах (тестування в ракурсі перевірки отриманих під час вивчення курсу умінь та навичок). Проаналізовано перспективи впровадження формувального навчання в українській освітній системі, доведено, що технологія формувального оцінювання дозволяє мотивувати студентів активніше включитися в навчальну роботу, сприяє розвитку навичок самооцінки, запускає механізм зворотного зв'язку щодо результатів оцінювання та можливостей покращення процесу навчання.
The article highlights the theoretical foundations and modern approaches to formative learning as a key direction in the development of modern education. The essential characteristics, pedagogical principles, implementation mechanisms, and the significance of formative learning within the competency-based approach are considered. Particular attention is paid to the role of the higher education student as an active subject of the educational process. The course "Ukrainian Language (Professional Orientation)" is aimed at specific professional needs; therefore, it is important that the educational process is flexible and practice-oriented. It is formative learning that shapes the dynamics of knowledge acquisition and corrects the trajectories of skill development. Formative learning aims to help the student achieve the outcomes of their activity. It is such learning that allows you to improve the educational process through continuous feedback, thereby contributing to individualized learning and the implementation of a personality-oriented approach. In the methodology of the course "Ukrainian Language (for professional purposes)" the main emphasis is on the use of active and interactive forms of learning: computer simulation (use of multimedia technologies in the process of classes dedicated to language situations of professional discourse); business and language games (creation of language situations of professional official business communication); analysis of specific situations (analysis of student speeches, messages, etc.); trainings (testing in the perspective of checking the skills and abilities obtained during the course). The prospects for implementing formative learning in the Ukrainian educational system are analyzed. It is proven that formative assessment technology motivates students to become more actively involved in educational work, promotes the development of self-assessment skills, establishes a feedback mechanism regarding assessment results, and provides opportunities to improve the learning process.
