Анотація
У статті розглядається артистизм майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва з орієнтацією на хормейстерську діяльність. Визначено, що артистизм складне й багатогранне поняття й у житті проядвляється на різних рівнях: особистісному, побутовому, педагогічному, мистецькому та ін. Артистизм учителя музичного мистецтва проявляється у творчій діяльності й характеризує його професіоналізм і майстерність, служить показником ефективності та фахової зрілості в хормейстерській роботі. Інновації в хоровому мистецтві здійснюють вплив на функції та способи функціонування артистизму, що потребує привернення уваги до того, що формування артистизму повинно здійснюватися системно під керівництвом педагогів на основі сучасного методичного забезпечення.
The article deals with artistry of the future music teacher with a focus on choirmaster’s activity. The purpose of the article was to substantiate the necessity of forming the artistry in the process of studying the conductor-choral disciplines as a component that ensures the readiness for the choirmaster’s activity in accordance with modern requirements to the quality of professional training. On the basis of analysis of scientific literature it was determined that artistry is a complex and multifaceted concept, which is manifested at the personal, domestic, professional, art history level, etc. The definitions of the concepts of “artistry”, “pedagogical artistry”, “performing artistry” have been clarified. It is found out that the teacher of musical art performs several functions – didactic, academic, organizational, emotional-suggestive, etc., while artistry will allow to perform these functions at the level of mastery, which is an indicator of the effectiveness of pedagogical work. It is determined that the artistry of a music teacher is manifested in the creative activity and is directly related to the model of personality of a specific person. It is emphasized that artistry is a quality of professionally mature teachers, its indicators are motivation to professional activity, the level of personal development, the ability to masterfully use their knowledge in unforeseen circumstances, reflexive practice. The choirmaster’s activity, in which pedagogical and performing artistry interact, is of particular interest, the stages of artistic activity in choirmaster’s activity are described – the stage of interpretation of vocal and choral work and the stage of rehearsal and concert activity. Understanding of artistry as a manifestation of professionalism and skill gives the right to consider it as one of the components of readiness for choirmasters’ activity. It is indicated that at the present stage of society development there are significant changes in the aesthetic views of artists, which is expressed in the innovations of choral art development. The directions of innovations in the choral art, which influence the transformation of the functions of artistry in the choirmasters’ activity, are considered, which actualizes the necessity of forming the artistry in the process of studying the conductor-choral disciplines in a systematic and pedagogically manageable way, as well as requires modern methodological support.
