dc.description.abstractУ статті зроблено спробу визначити психолого-педагогічні механізми впливу на продуктивну дослідницьку діяльність майбутнього вчителя в контексті особистісного підходу. Наголошено на пріоритетності та значущості науково-дослідної роботи в процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх педагогів. Визначено, що одним із найефективніших засобів роботи з майбутніми педагогами є метод рольової гри. Виявлено засоби підтримки самостійної пошуково-дослідницької діяльності майбутніх педагогів. Проаналізовано особливості використання інноваційного підходу до створення освітнього середовища активно-пошукового характеру.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe increasing role of science in the society, the growth of its social prestige is justified. The essence and role of the teaching profession is described. The need to build higher education on the principles of the XXI century is accentuated, the organization of research activities, practical and pragmatic orientation is revealed. In search of solution of the problem of research proved the importance of science, which is organically, gets into all kinds of human activity, and is a prerequisite for success and is one of the most prestigious aspects of human activity. The essential characteristics of a research position as a future teacher productivity factor in professionally oriented activity is analyzed. The importance of research in vocational training and a successful professional future career is substantiated. The ways and the details of the research work of students are characterized. In order to encourage the involvement of students in research activities and dissemination of advanced experience of student groups on development of scientific creativity the author held a contest of educational groups for a better organization of research work of students. The contest was conducted during the whole academic year, differentiated by the courses. The level of organization of the research work of students was determined according to the following main criteria: students’ performance both group tasks and personal comprehensive plans of professional-personal growth, an obligatory element of which is the research work; number of student publications recommended for printing and execution of the research topic, which is processed by the department;participation of the academic group in the work of international, national, inter-university scientific-practical conferences and seminars, subject contests and competitions, exhibitions of scientific works. The paper attempts to identify the psychological and pedagogical mechanisms of action of productive research activities of the future teacher in the context of the personal approach. The attention is accentuated on the priority and importance of science education in the training of future teachers. The features of experimental learning are described, which lay in the fact that on the basis of certain organizational and methodological framework incentives to the students as future researchers are provided.uk_UA
