dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено організаційно‐педагогічні засади вищої військової освіти у країнах Чорноморського регіону (Болгарія, Румунія, Україна). Доведено,що системи вищої військової освіти в трьох країнах мають багато спільного, а саме: система вищої військової освіти є складовою загальнонаціональної системи вищої освіти; отримання вищої військової освіти можливе як у спеціалізованих закладах, так і у структурних підрозділах закладів вищої освіти; освітні програми відповідають державним стандартам, стандартам НАТО; система вищої військової освіти має два освітньо‐кваліфікаційних рівня –бакалавр і магістр.
dc.description.abstractRecently, scientists are increasingly turning to the problem of improving the system of higher military education. Thus, such aspects of the study of higher military education came to the attention of scientists, such as: transformation of the military education system of Ukraine in the context of achieving NATO standards; organization of military education in accordance with national requirements and NATO standards; management of the military education system; professional training of military specialists; world and national trends in the development of higher military education. The article defines the organizational and pedagogical foundations of higher military education in the countries of the Black Sea region (Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine). The factors and circumstances that affect the formation of the security environment are clarified: globalization; crisis phenomena in the sphere of finance and economy; proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and means of their delivery; climatic, medical, demographic, environmental and energy problems; ethno‐social and asymmetric risks and threats; threats to information security; countries with weak state systems; internal and regional conflicts; European and Euro‐Atlantic integration; efforts of the international democratic community to maintain peace and stability. We can state with confidence that the systems of higher military education in the three countries have a lot in common, namely: the system of higher military education is a component of the national system of higher education; obtaining a higher military education is possible both in specialized institutions and in structural units of higher education institutions; educational programs comply with state and NATO standards; the system of higher military education has two educational qualification levels ‐ bachelor's and master's.
