dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються управлінські впливи тренера на змагальну діяльність кваліфікованих спортсменок у хокеї на траві, акцентується увага на педагогічній майстерності тренера як суб’єкта управління командою під час безпосередньої підготовки до змагань і в окремо взятих матчах. Доведено, що аналіз педагогічних управлінських впливів тренерів жіночих команд-учасниць чемпіонату України з хокею на траві свідчить про те, що керівництво командою в процесі безпосередньої підготовки до змагань і під час участі в них – це найбільш складний та відповідальний етап роботи тренера. Передусім, це зумовлено тим, що саме результат, досягнутий у змаганнях, є тим мірилом, яке досить точно відображає ефективність підготовки команди та кваліфікацію тренера.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIn the article the analysis and results of observations on managerial influences of women’s teams’ coaches, who took part in the Championship of Ukraine among the teams of major League are presented. As a result of observations, it can be concluded that management of the team in the process of direct training and participation in competitions is the most complex and responsible stage in the work of the coach. Primarily, this is due to the fact that the result achieved in the competition, is the measure that accurately reflects the effectiveness of team training and qualifications of the coach. By controlling the game, the coach must consider many factors and make timely adjustments to his team. Effective team management during the match is the most difficult and important function of the coach. In fact, on the administrative actions of the coach during the game depends largely its result. Controlling the play of the team, the coach should consider the following: constantly during the match to keep an eye on all players on the team, rather than focusing on the monitoring of the movement of the ball; observe his players and the opposing team, because then you can predict the opponent’s intention and make adequate managerial influence. The result of the individual match and the participation in the championship of Ukraine undoubtedly depends on the coaching influences during all 70 minutes of the game and at halftime, despite the fact that every coach of the major League is an extraordinary personality with its own character and temperament. The most successful are the specialists who have deep knowledge of the theory of athletes training, sports psychology, sports pedagogy and have the ability to translate their knowledge and skills in the competition process. Monitoring of management activity of coaches women’s hockey teams during the competition revealed a number of problems in relation to the effectiveness of their work and which require further research and analysis.uk_UA
