dc.description.abstractМета даної публікації полягає в теоретичному обґрунтуванні етапів професійно-методичного розвитку студентів-педагогів у процесі професійної підготовки. У результаті дослідження автор розкриває сутність професійно-методичного розвитку майбутніх фахівців крізь призму формування якостей їх методичної культури та описує етапи цього розвитку. У висновках, наголошує на важливості професійно-методичного розвитку студентів, що є необхідною складовою підготовки педагогічних кадрів, а також однією з умов формування їх методичної культури. Перспектива дослідження полягає у визначенні педагогічних умов формування методичної культури студентів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this publication is the theoretical discourse of student-teachers professional and methodological development in the process of their training. As the result, the author reveals the essence of professional and methodological development of future professionals through the prism of formation of methodological quality culture and describes the stages of this development. The main stages of professional and methodological development of primary school teachers in teaching in higher education is an educational reproductive, reproductive procedural, educational, research and professional and creative. On the educational and reproductive stage the methodological literacy of students-teachers is formed that consists in complex of professionally important components. On the reproductive procedural stage methodological competence is formed, which the author considers to be the individual quality that results in formation of professional and pedagogical knowledge and skills in the academic subject and method of teaching. The teaching and research stage promotes the students’ methodological creativity that is presented as an intellectual activity of teacher’s methodological thinking which creates conditions for the realization of methodological work and solves methodological problems or situations on the theoretical innovation and discovery level. On the professional and creative stage the students form methodological skills which are revealed in the integration of methodological elements of culture and individual manifestations of the professional teacher. At this stage, formed as the ability to self-improvement, which is an important factor in achieving a higher level of teachers’ professional skills. Professional improvement of teachers should be closely connected with self-knowledge, self-creative, self-organization and creative self. In summary, the author argues that professional and methodological development of future teachers is an important component of teacher training during their studies in higher education institutions. After all, a teacher who has a high level of methodological culture is able to act professionally in today’s educational environment, create new teaching products that can be the basis for further innovative development of primary education. The prospect research is identifying pedagogical conditions of formation of methodological culture of the students.uk_UA
