Анотація
Актуалізація інноваційного розвитку системи виробництва та використання концентрованих кормів викликана потребою у забезпеченні продуктивності тваринництва, екологічності процесів та конкурентоспроможності аграрного сектору. У статті обґрунтовано доцільності використання комплексного підходу до оцінки диверсифікації у виробництві концентрованих кормів як складової інноваційного розвитку галузі. Представлено структурно-логічну модель інноваційного розвитку системи виробництва та використання концентрованих кормів, яка відображає взаємозв'язок ключових підсистем та факторів ефективності сучасного кормовиробництва. Перспективами подальших досліджень є розробка інструментів оцінювання ефективності інноваційних рішень у кормовиробництві з урахуванням показників екологічної сталості, цифрової трансформації та економічної доцільності.
The relevance of the innovative development of the system for the production and use of concentrated feed is driven by the need to ensure high livestock productivity, environmental sustainability of processes, and the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. The analysis of innovative approaches to the production and use of concentrated feed has demonstrated that their application improves the quality of business processes and the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The study identified technologies that contribute to the development of climate-neutral livestock farming and the creation of closed-loop feed cycles within the framework of sustainable agricultural production. The article substantiates the feasibility of using a comprehensive approach to assessing diversification in concentrated feed production as a component of the sector's innovative development. The aim of the study is to justify the role of innovations in ensuring the qualitative functioning of business processes in the production and use of concentrated feed, as well as to develop approaches for their integration into the feed supply chain within the concept of sustainable development of the agricultural sector. A systemic modernization model is proposed, which can combine innovative solutions at all stages of production – from raw material selection to logistics and quality control. A structural-logical model of the innovative development of the concentrated feed production and utilization system is presented, reflecting the interconnection of key subsystems and efficiency factors in modern feed manufacturing. The central component of the model is the innovation platform, which integrates digital solutions, biotechnology, automated management systems, and environmental approaches. The proposed model serves as a tool for strategic planning, adaptive change management, and ensuring the resilience of the agricultural sector through interdisciplinary integration. Prospects for further research include the development of tools for assessing the effectiveness of innovative solutions in feed production, taking into account indicators of environmental sustainability, digital transformation, and economic feasibility. Future development requires the adaptation of innovation management models to the conditions of various types of agricultural enterprises and agro-industrial clusters.
