Анотація
У дослідженні виділено основні завдання формування комунікативної компетенції як складової професійної компетентність сучасного фахівця технічного профілю. Наведено різні точки зору на зміст та структуру іншомовної комунікативної компетентності фахівця технічного профілю. Пропонується розглядати іншомовну професійно‐комунікативну компетентність як інтегративну єдність професійних та комунікативних умінь студентів технічних спеціальностей. У статті представлено архітектуру інтегрованого інформаційного середовища для навчання студентів технічних напрямів підготовки, запропоновано моделі та елементи технології розвитку іншомовної комунікативної компетенції у зазначеному середовищі. Проаналізовано можливості електронного інформаційно‐освітнього середовища університету у формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності.
The article deals with the social order for highly qualified specialists with knowledge of foreign languages. This tendency is confirmed by the data of international and Ukrainian recruitment agencies, which would like to see at the workplace a specialist who has the skills of drafting technical support documentation in a foreign language and the ability to work in multilingual teams. The problem of achieving the required level of business foreign language communicative competence of bachelors and specialists in the field of engineering and technology remains relevant. The study highlights the main tasks of forming communicative competence as a component of the professional competence of a modern technical specialist. Different points of view are presented on the content and structure of foreign language communicative competence of a technical specialist. It is proposed to consider foreign language professional and communicative competence as an integrative unity of professional and communicative skills of students of technical specialties. The author highlights that forming foreign language communicative competence in specialists‐to‐be at present stage of the world community development should be dealt with as an important and integral part of general specialist training. The article presents the architecture of the integrated information environment for training students of technical specialties, the models and elements of technology for the development of foreign language communicative competence of students in this environment are proposed, the results of experimental individualized teaching of a foreign language in connection with other disciplines of technical specialties are discussed. The possibilities of the electronic information and educational environment of the university in the formation of foreign language communicative competence are analyzed. The didactic system of forming professional foreign language communicative competence of students of technical specialties with the use of information and communication technologies is described.
